Bought a zero tolerance flipper that didnt work correctly out of the box. Sent it back and was informed Id be charged a %25 restocking fee and was told the knife worked perfectly. Theyve had the returned item over a week and still havent reimbursed me. First time Bereli customer and first time zero tolerance customer and I will never order here again.Finally got the $111 out of the $150 I spent. Apparently Bereli needs my money more than I do

Horrible service. Bought online, never received. Left several messages and voicemails to get them to file a shipper claim. No one will return a message or call. Only giving one star because it wont let me post zero stars.

I had questions they put me thru to an armorer and he answered all my questions I Placed an odder it was shipped quickly and they give a military or law enforcement discount on most items.

What started off as a very positive shopping experience turned into one that will make me think twice about trusting this vendor.On 12/4/20 I placed an order for a Sig Sauer Romeo-Juliet combo and it quickly arrived at my home on 12/8/20 without opting for express delivery…awesome!When I placed the order on 12/4 I immediately reached out to their customer service to try and apply the 10% discount code for being a new customer. They said “…sure thing, no problem. The credit has been processed” and that I would receive the credit on my credit card in a few days.The following week I followed up and was then told it would be a month to receive the credit. Ok fine…I can wait.After a month I followed up again and did not receive a response…now I felt like I was being lied to.Another month goes by and then I was told that the 10% off welcome code does not apply to optics and that a mistake was made, but the credit would still be honored.After another month I followed up and Bereli told me they submitted the credit request to my credit card company at the beginning of the year and that I should reach out to my credit card to find out why I didn’t receive it.To appease Bereli, I did go through with the ridiculous step to reach out to my credit card company and they saw no record of Bereli attempting to refund some money to my credit card and was told that Visa is not in the business of withholding credit transactions.After relaying this info to Bereli they said there is nothing else they could do because on their end they show that a credit was provided and that no further inquiries could be opened into my transaction because it was now closed. Not even an offer of another 10% coupon for a FUTURE purchase.What a shame…I’ll stick with ordering from reputable sources such as Botach, Midway, Bass Pro Shops, CDNN, Primary Arms, Arms Unlimited and direct from Sig Sauer.

Quick shipping and had items in stock that are out of stock most other places. They are NOT PRICE GOUGING! Literally 95% of other companies are taking advantage of 2A related product shortages to sell at a huge mark-up. Bereli is not doing this.Made a relatively large order and had a rep reach out quickly to ensure that I didnt mistakenly order more than I wanted. Items shipped quick, especially considering almost all 2A sites are 5-30 days delayed and/or constantly cancelling orders due to poor inventory management.Another HUGE thing they do right, they tape up ammunition shipments very generous amounts of extra tape. Ive been constantly receiving ammo shipments from other companies with split open seams.
