This has been one of the worst experiences with a company. COMPLETE SCAM! The quote to price change 4 times throughout our process, demanding cash and wire payments. We made the terrible mistake of using them for a cross country move, it took us three weeks to receive our stuff, which employee George found to be funny, anytime we would call for an update he would threaten that he would delay the move longer, as we were annoying him. The truck broke down multiple times on its way here leaving our stuff on the side of the road. At this point we had to file a police report where they investigated with the repair shop. When our stuff finally arrived the drivers asked for a $100 cash tip before unloading.. They then refused to unload until we tipped. We had over $1,900 in damages and missing items, as everything was literally thrown into a box truck. At times the crew had no idea which items were ours or not. This company is a shell and a fraud, I would not wish this company on my worst enemy! It will only be a matter of time until the BBB shuts them down for the scam that they are.

I Was forced to wire cash to them in order for them to bring me my stuff. They had all of my Aunts medical supplies and we were told delivery Aug 3 but we didnt get our stuff until Aug 7th. When they finally arrived they insisted on $175 cash to bring the stuff up the steps. After I had already paid the step fee in the beginning. He started to pack up like they were leaving so I had to run to atm. My dining room table is DESTROYED as is my Chaise and master bedroom set. I have submitted a claim but I seriously doubt I will get anything from it. Was also told on the phone that if I didnt take down my negative review I wouldnt see my stuff. So I had to wait to post this until after this was over.

The management sent a very diligent and committed team which ensured nothing but excellence. I just wish I had met them earlier. I scheduled a move from Florida to Maryland. Was told I can only pay in cash or postal money order. When I asked about using a credit card they wanted a 10% fee. They offered to use Venmo. Once they got my money all the fake signed documents disappeared and I never heard back from them again. When I looked up their phone number on google, I realized I was scammed. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Had to move two sofas and a recliner from West Palm Beach FL to NYC high rise with only a few weeks to spare. Not only was the furniture wrapped and picked up exactly according to schedule, it was delivered exactly when they said it would be delivered in perfect condition. I just had the worse experience with this company. I read the reviews and should’ve went with my first mind but I spoke to Charles and then Fernando on the phone and Fernando reassured me I wouldn’t have a bad experience yet here I am unmoved in moving day. Let’s start with the 30 day free storage that isn’t really 30 day free. They will tell you it is but when you don’t read over your contract with a fine tooth comb and see it there in writing you’re pretty much screwed and David will remind you of it! Then let’s go with the inventory list, to the lack of professionalism! The owner David who yells and screams at you instead of providing true customer service makes it worse! It’s best not to ask for the owner! You know I just lost my deposit of $295 but I would never could never let Mohammad and his bad attitude take my items with an owner like David no wonder they all have zero patience and accountability. What happened to dealing with people with care especially during COVID-19. Dont do it! I know the price is the best in the market but you will come out worse! Don’t do it pay the extra 300 bucks and have a company move you with quality with care and with consistent messaging from the person who answers the phone to the owner. If I could give it -5 stars that would be my choice and I have probably given 2 bad reviewers my entire life! This company absolutely sucks and the reviews are right they are the worse!

I had a wonderful moving experience with Best Movers of America. The did what they said they were going to do. The drivers called me a day in advance and again the morning they picked up my furniture. They arrived on time. It only took them a couple of hours to load my boxes and furniture.
