I received an estimate from Polack glass for a 2021 Ford Ranger Passenger window at $875 . They tried to convince me the price was so high due to calibrating window bluh bluh bluh, glass doctors did it for 400 and did great work hopefully this helps someone else from wasting money.

I couldnt be happier with my experience. I received I very competitive quote instantly and was offered an appt the next day. The first windshield that came in was damaged, they obviously felt horrible it was damaged during shipment. I took another appt a couple days later and it was a super quick job. The guys take great pride in their work and wanted to show me, educated me, and make me aware of things they noticed during their work. There was a minor imperfection on the windshield (in an area that wouldnt effect driving or seeing). I was given options to choose from regarding this and never felt like I was an inconvenience or pressured into one route or another. I was in and out in under 2 hours and very happy with my replacement. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating! I absolutely recommend them! I spoke with a tech who told me that he would be able to cut 4 piece of plexiglass for me and ship them to the store in my area. I went to take additional measurements and when I called back 30 minutes later the guy who got on the phone told me that they would not do the work. I tried to explain to him I had just spoken with a tech who told me they would do it, but he cut me off and directed me to a different company.

Great service!! I had a crack in my windshield with an unknown cause so a couple weeks ago I called around for rates for a replacement and Glass Doctor was the cheapest but had great customer service!! I called last week to schedule and the gentleman said he would order the parts and thanked me for my business. They came to my workplace and repaired it in a half hour, went over everything I needed to know, (I was able to pay via card) and the technician shook my hand before heading out! I needed glass replacement on my 2010 Yukon. I called Harmon Glass Doctor for an estimate. The price was very competitive so I decided to use them. Logan and Mike were sent to replace my glass. Very professional on the phone and called when they were on their way. Showed up to do my wife’s windshield at her office (on time) and told me they couldn’t because of rust issues (that are not visible) fine whatever not a big deal.....Glad they didn’t put the windshield in because they couldn’t even put my windshield trim back on right 😂 (wish I would of taken pictures) and there is a whistling noise. Took me about 5 or so minutes to fix the trim myself. I honestly don’t see how they missed it because it was extremely noticeable. Probably won’t take anything back to this business and only reason I did was because my insurance recommended them. Just my experience 🤷🏻‍♂️

I went in to get an estimate of how much it would be to fix my windshield on my vehicle. They came out took a look to see what parts they needed, gave me the total and told me they could have everything by the next morning! I went ahead and made my appt for the next morning and got a call probably a good hour and a half after I dropped it off! Excellent customer service! They even went as far as taking my stickers off the old windshield and placing them on the new one! I was kind of panicked because I just had put my school parking sticker on the old one! I had two windshields replaced on two different vehicles- price was cheaper by $100, they did both vehicles back to back in 2 hours, and they called us to notify us that our vehicle would be ready in 20-30 minutes for pick up. Wonderful service, definitely deserving of 5 stars! We will be going back to them in the future.

They fixed a chip in my windshield in about 15 minutes, for 1/3 the price of Safelite. Its barely noticeable anymore.

Personal was not very professional and quality of work was not very good. Was supposed to repair small chip in windshield, when they finished the chip was still very visible. NOT GOOD WORK.

Glass Doctor provided terrific customer service from the initial appointment setup to the installation of three large windows in our house. They were extremely friendly and polite. Three men came to install the windows. They were highly professional, offered to wear booties from marring the flooring, and cleaned up after the install. It has been several weeks and we have enjoyed the clarity of the new windows and the improved warmth in their vicinity. The price seems to be extremely fair and competitive. A neighbor, who walked by during the install, later told us we got a great price for the windows. He had several large windows replaced while still under warranty and still paid more than us. When he went to take a look at my car he said that it had already been repaired (I had just bought the car from someone else) and that the chip wouldn’t spread anymore. I went there for a glass repair which failed and had a light bar I was told if repair failed then money spent on repair would go to new windshield then when I went to get windshield replaced they couldn’t do it because of light bar which was there when I was given a guarantee of money for failed repair going towards replacement then all they had were excuses. The person I was greeted by was playing a game on phone instead of paying any attention to customer. Avoid this business

I had the windshield replaced on my car, and was pleasantly surprised at how affordable the rates are. The cost is the exactly same whether I took the car in, or had them come to me. Trevor came to my work and was able to replace my windshield in about 20 minutes. For anyone wondering, the replacement windshield is exactly the same as the one he took out (I was worried about the third visor frit or the little black dots not being the same on the replacement, but it was an exact duplicate). Trevor was really friendly and knowledgeable, explaining the process of replacing the windshield. His attention to detail made me know that my car was in good hands. We recently bought a home in the Lansing area and believed the windows might have some insulation issues. Trevor came out for a consultation. He was honest in his assessment, telling us that the issues which concerned us were mainly aesthetic and wouldnt cause any problems in the short term. There was no charge for the consultation and he did not try to sell us anything we didnt need. He did give us some information on what other services Glass Doctor could offer, but only on our request. GlassDoctor was recommended as a preferred provider by my insurance company; they replaced my windshield at a very fair price. The whole thing took about an hour. The shop manager, Mike, was heads-up enough to salvage my company parking sticker off my old windshield and he affixed it to my new one. It wouldve cost me a replacement fee if he hadnt been on his toes. I would recommend this place to anyone who needed glass work.
