I am very happy to finally have a gas station close by, and was certainly surprised with all the selection offered here. So far the service has been great, and it is very roomy at the pumps, parking, and inside the store. I will be a frequent customer, I highly recommend!

Ive been upset but Julia on 3rd shift was mad disrespectful. She assumed my husband and I were using ebt. And the way she said it was very rude. Before she even rang us up, hell before even walking to the counter to lay our things down she said it.Which first off not everyone has food stamps secondly just because someone has snacks doesnt means it will get purchased with ebt. We paid for our things with our actual card. For her to act like she had said nothing wrong and without a care is beyond me. But I will say this....that will be my families last time going here.

The store itself has an amazing selection. However my last visit, I believe it was Tuesday, the clerk was VERY RUDE!!!!!!!! Tried to make small talk and she pretty much ignored me then greeted another customer, which she clearly is friends w, in the middle of me trying to conversate w her.

Pretty decent store. Convenient for townies to get gas without having to drive too far. Usually clean and has a pretty good variety of things to purchase.

Had to wait 5 minutes before someone came to the register. They then proceed to treat me horribly

Pump kept shutting off while trying to get gas. Finally got to $5 and 1.95 gallons of gas. Decided to move to a different pump. Started my car and had the same miles to empty as I did when I pulled in. Worker called boss about it and they said my card wouldnt be charged. Card was charged. Heard the worker tell her boss that another customer had the same complaint today about that pump. Got gas at Kroger. Drove back by. Now pump is out of order. Terrible management. I will be calling corporate. Money isnt the issue, its $5. Its the fact that they arent honest and wont give you what you pay for. I run a business 2 blocks away and went here a lot. They wont see any of our company vehicles again.

Love the store, growler fills and a great selection of products. Unfortunately, I will never purchase anything from this location because the manager made me feel that my business didnt matter. She was extremely rude and made me like I was a bother to her. So glad Big 10 party store is close by. Gave the store a second chance. The manager hasnt changed. So rude with no people skills. Love the store. Can you please post her schedule so I can stop in when shes not working?

I was here on 7/6 and was shocked by the lack of mask enforcement to customers in the store. I dont think I be back here again because of it.

USA 2 GO on the corner of Aurelius and Holt Rd. One cashier and 2 customers without masks. 4TH AMENDMENT SIGN ON DOOR.They dont care about you.

They are theives paid for my gas with my debit card for got to get my gas than refused to let me get it when I came back but yet charged me for it the cashier was extremely rude the manger on staff extremely rude and was not helpful .went to my bank and they did charge me so yes I will be going to corprate and giving you guys a thumbs down because they are thevies
