On behalf of the DeWitt Youth Baseball Softball Association Board, Kona Ice Holt/Lansing was an absolute hit with our teams and visitors during our baseball tournament (DeWitt Panther Classic) this past weekend. They were a pleasure to interact with and would recommend to anyone looking for a great company for an event, party or whatever your needs are. They took care of everything on their end and all we (as tourney organizers) had to do was show them their spot for the weekend. They also donated back to our organization, which wasnt required, but we truly appreciate and will use toward a project for our youth players. You can not go wrong working with Kona Ice. We had the Kona Ice truck come for a promotional event that we had never done before. We werent sure what to expect of our event, but Mary helped us figure out locations for the truck and responded to all of our inquiries quickly. The day of the event, Ann, was friendly and helpful to all of our guests. We would definitely recommend working with them!Weve had other great experiences with them at a charity event in 2019 and when we wanted to try their hot chocolate this winter. Every experience, weve had exceptional customer service and we love that they give back to the community!

Kona Ice Holt served at our Holt Christian Church “2019 Spring Thing” and did an amazing job!!! Mary was very easy to work with, arrived promptly, serves an amazing array of flavors and does not scrimp on the ice flavoring syrup. Mary made it affordable by offering special pricing if you buy cups in advance, which gave our participants the chance to order what they wanted at no cost. Our event was elevated to a new level of fun as soon as Kona Ice arrived on the scene! I would highy recommended Kona for your event.
Stopped by at the Holt hometown festival and got a lavender lemonade kona. It was delicious and I was surprised they had so many unique flavors. I would definitely recommend anyone to stop by and try one. Mary, who owns the truck, was very friendly and the service was quick. Five out of five.
The wowman who runs it is super nice and very helpful, everyone should go, perfect for when its hot outside
