Competitive prices. Easy to maneuver the store. Has all the products Im looking for along with great sales. I love the Kroger app and saving money with the extra coupons and money back.

This location has gone downhill recently. The carts are rarely stocked, with only a handful available most of the time. The staff are, well, I suppose you get what you pay for (talking to you, low wages). Kroger is still my go-to for my area. They have their own brand of several types of foods. Also, I am a previous employee of this location. The bagger position is very easy, and a good starting point for the younger generations.

Like the fresh sushi, it was nice when they had soup. Dislike when they had a lack of employees and no U Scan open, why make everyone wait in 1 line when multiple people can check out at once themselves? Its always like 10° in there, save some in the electric bill and stop trying to freeze the whole store. Parking lot is TERRIBLE.

Having two small children. I order pickup most of the time. Ive ordered pickup at Meijer and Walmart before but Kroger is always the BEST! Sometimes I do have to wait a little longer than expected but the customer service is always on point. Great job Kroger for hiring in amazing workers. 👏 👏👏👏

They have a great price on there fried chicken. Also the more you shop the more discounts and coupons are given to you either through the mail, via kroger card, or just through there weekly sales. My only complaint is that the personal check out clerk (for self checkout) that is supposed to help is usually not there and the attitude is lackadaisical when she/he is present.

Every time I go in it stinks of bad seafood from the doors and is FILTHY! The attitudes of some employees attitudes tend to match the atmosphere and stink! By far the worst Kroger I’ve ever been to.

Stopped by to get a few items on the way home and this store has gone downhill. They have recently been remodeling the store on the inside and have completely eliminated the dedicated area for organic items and replaced that area with liquor and wine. The organic items may be included in the regular Isles now but I dont have time to walk every isle now to try to find items. I miss the old way the store was. The workers that are shopping for the people that pickup there groceries leave their big carts all over the place blocking isles and they seem to not care. Not to mention they have also added more self checkouts but shutdown half of them after a certain time. I will not be shopping here much more unless I absolutely need something that I know they have otherwise off to the other stores in my area.

Worst grocery store Ive ever seen, the bottle return machines are never working, and when they are open only one machine is working. The store is usually out of stock of my usual groceries and not the freshest products either. Floor is always disgusting and not clean. Workers are rude and clearly just waiting for their shift to end. Also trying to shop from 2pm to 6pm is literally impossible because the place is busier than grand central station.Decent prices but not worth the hassle.

Love the sushi bar, its pretty good for the price, they make it onsight almost daily. Anything from a $4 veggie roll to a $30+ party platter. And if you dont see what you want, you can ask and theyll make it. Never gotten anything that looks out of date. Its not fancy restaurant sushi, but great to pick up on the way to work for lunch! I try to stay under $10, anything more and I might as well call in a to-go order at a real sushi restaurant.

Did my first curbside pick up. I was running late due to the roads and called. Ashley was amazingly helpful (even fixed a mistake I made while ordering) and when I arrived Moe was quick and friendly! Best experience. Exceeded expectation.

Always shop Kroger. Good selections clean store nice people

They need more employees. Its near impossible to find help in several departments because the employees are spread to thin. Customer service suffers because of it

Usually has motorized carts, good selection of products, and clean. Be aware that the locking mechanism on the motorized carts will not allow you to even get to all the handicap spaces, let alone the whole parking lot. Dumb design on their part.

Great grocery store!!

On this grocery trip I found everything I needed and was able to find a half cart one of the small ones. That always makes me happy. Self checkout was a breeze even with using a coupon. I just wished other shoppers would follow the one way signs.

Normally when a store says they close at 11:00 that means they close at 11:00 not 5 minutes till 11:00 or 3 minutes to 11:00 there are some shoppers that just need to run in real quick and grab something like I needed something tonight but no instead of letting me in you just looked at me like I was out of my mind and I wasnt coming in with 3 minutes left to still be able to shop. Poor customer service. I guess Ill just have to start going to meijers again because they will accommodate people up until they are closed.

The shelves are always empty and no associates to be found! I shouldnt have to hunt downs associates to get me when i need from the back thats why theres shelves. I was tempted to just go in the back and get what i needed myself...the last 4 times ive been to this store its the same way! And as for and the mice in the chip isle!!! Come on get it together kroger is a multi million dollar company and u mean ti tell me theres nothing you can do to keep the mice out!? Droppings all over the bottom shelf for chips bags eaten through its disgusting! I mean if your not going to stock the shelves and least clean them while theres nothing on them!

I just returned $75 worth of cans. They would only give me $25. Ill bet that if I spent all that on groceries they would have taken it. I really dont see the difference. Seems like they just stole $50 from me. It was not posted anywhere in the bottle return area. Maybe the next time I go, Ill tell them that Ill just owe them the deposit

We have had nothing but great service doing pick up since the stay home order was put in place. But today was the best service yet. Our order somehow got mistakenly given away, so we had to wait just a few minutes while they gathered things again. Literally only about 20 minutes, not long at all. To make up for the wait, not only did they bring us a beautiful bouquet, but also gave us a small discount on our order. I continue to be pleased with our choice to pick up groceries from our neighborhood Kroger.

Better selection in the fresh area but overall prices are higher than Meijer throughout the entire store. Meijer has a better selection other than in the fresh area. I like how they have the Home Chef meals and great selection of sushi

Sushi is good. I dont buy produce here due to the bananas having ants on them on a visit. Staff is friendly.

Produce department was well stocked and neat. The supervisor working (tall guy with glasses) was very helpful and polite.Cashier was quick and friendly as well.

Their produce department is amazing. It seems as if I buy fresh from other vendors the fruit goes bad within a day or two, despite proper washing. At Kroger the fruit stays fresh for the week, giving me zero waste. Their meat counter is also amazing. The staff is helpful with suggestions of what cuts of beef are best for what recipe. They are also quick to point out sales for alternative meal options.

Its always cold in here! Please turn up the heat!

Good. Store is marked so enhanced COVID safety. One way aisles and mask use is mandatory. Of course people dont always follow the guidance. It would be nice if they placed hand sanitizer at entrances and exits.

The parking lot need to be thought through a little better layout then what they have. The prices are great. Easy to find what is needed. Great experience with the employees, they have a great attitude on the job about their job. But the parking is a one star layout. Love to see that change. Other then that great shopping.

Will not be using this Kroger anymore. I have used the pick up service a few times and it has been awful. People are nice, but whoever shops has no care for what them pick out. Have received mold on apples and strawberries on multiple occasions. Whenever there is a buy1get 1 sale, they never seem to give you the free item. Thought I would give it one more shot a couple of weeks ago but regretted it immediately. Had my husband pick my order up. They substituted packaged ham for my deli ham, which is no big deal but they gave me 2lbs, gave me all them ham and then charged me $20 for it. So basically they added it to my order with the other product as well. When I called up there to ask them about it they said there is nothing they can do unless I come back in, which I live 30 mins from the store so I wasn’t going all the way back then. Over it. I will find a different place to do my shopping!!

Probably ok for some regular shopping. However this is about the 5th or 6th time I have had something really bad in relation to meat here. My girlfriend got really sick. They need to be more aware of food safety i mean i have literally bought Kabobs from here that were bad 2 days after getting them.

Just left there. 530pm. Store is packed full of people. They had the self checkout open which was 6 lanes. But those are only 8ft on opposite ends. Then they got had one other checkout lane open. I guess I dont understand how people are suppose to social distance. When 20 plus people are trying to check out in only 2 spots? So if you were trying to get covid19. This place is the place to go.

Poorly managed, been there several times when there were no carts!

Ordered salads thru click list. Received outdated products past freshness date two pickups in a row. Can only receive refund if bring back and go to service desk which defeats purpose of pick up.

This Kroger is very poorly managed my elderly friend cashes his check their weekly also spend a couple hundred dollars a week faithfully in this store. Last week when he called his check he was given a fake $50 bill. When he went back to speak to somebody about it management said there was nothing they could do about it they acted like he was trying to get over on them.. OBVIOUSLY A EMPLOYEE IS GETTING OVER ON ELDERLY COSTUMERS.. SMH..

Management at this location is lacking . Seems like every time I return cans and bottles before shopping, the machines are full or inoperative.Calls to the desk go unanswered. Last time I went to the desk to inquire i found her counting a basket of returnables at the service desk. Surely if time can be spent on that, time would be better spent maintaining the can machines!I spend a lot of $ here, not anymore

As always Kroger is the one stop shopping for all things grocery. Why buy meat at one store and vegetables at another? Everything from Food and cookware to Beer and alcohol, Krogers have all of your grocery needs, at a reasonable price!

The posted hours here are a lie. Kroger closes at 8:50pm will not let you inside, even though the store does not close until 9pm. Apparently this is to give remaining shoppers time to checkout. Not only has Kroger failed to announce this publicly (or at least post a damn sign on the entrance), but I discovered Kroger closes at 8:50 pm after the doors were slammed and locked in my face by a rude employee tonight. I explained I only needed to grab one item and the store wasnt closing for another 10 minutes but he pretty much told me to get lost. Needless to say, ill never be returning here again.

Parking set up is a little wonky. But this location is very nice since the renovation some years ago. This location has quite a few options for plant based and lactose and/or dairy free compared to other locations.

Waited in a super long line to cash my stimulus check, it got declined. I was directed to call a number, I called it and they declined me because I don’t normally cash checks at Kroger and the amount was over $1,000 so I was flagged for being high risk... this check is from the government. So basically if you haven’t cashed a check here before don’t bother.

This Kroger is a good one. Its clean and well-organized with friendly staff. The very best thing is the lack of a line at the front -- Kroger has done a great job making sure they compensate and open lanes when need be. I only shop here now because I know I can get in and out quickly.

Its not a ghetto bingo location! I would recommend this Krogers if youre going to shop. They have a nice staff, good selection, and great deals on almost everything to help you save some cash! I personally love the 10 for $10 sales, they always have a really good selection of things within the sale and you dont feel like youre getting stuff just because its on sale.

They need a bigger parking lot, but its a very nice Krogers store.

Super disappointed...showed up at 4:50 and was sent away...all I needed was lettuce and they refused to let me run in and grab it...take your business to another place like Meijer or another grocery store

I just wanted to compliment a cashier named Matt. Been here many times and always in a positive attitude, even with under pressure. Very pleasant experiences! Give the man a raise!!!

No high know how long know have a good day from the cashier. But theres always a guy at the deli and a greeter at the door I think he works in the flower area they always greet people and thats a wonderful thing.

Its decent. Meat selection could be better. Bakery is pretty nice. Some nice features like fresh sushi and health foods. Store could be cleaner and better organized.

Almost always find great deals at the store. At the end of the vegetable salad area is the discounted vegetables and salads. At the main meat counters at the end is the discounted Meats. And theres even a special section on aisle 8 for other miscellaneous markdowns including breads.

The staff here are extremely efficient and helpful. Everything is where it should be. I had no trouble with finding anything and the prices are clearly marked. Everything that is guaranteed fresh, is fresh. Their sales are great as well!

Great store! Just wondering why the mexican people that clean the store cant wait til it is closed? They are always rude and act like im in the way. Whats the sense of cleaning if people are still shopping? People are walking on the spots they clean with the floor machine. So my guess is the store is never actually clean.

While I was there today they had a sign under the Kraft cheese slices for $1.69 so I got a couple of them. When I got to my car and saw what they had rang up, I went back inside and explained what happened. She gave me a refund on my card, but the point is that their employees really need to make sure that the signs for there sale items are in the right spot!!!!! or else I will have to do my shopping else where!!!!

Bought my car here. Great sales person until he told me over the phone that my check engine light would be fixed because it came on a mile out of the dealership. Went back and they wouldnt do it for free because I signed a paper saying buying as is. A good business would still fix it considering it happened 5 min after I drove away. Plus they said I would get a gas card in the mail for coming back out. Never happened.

I returned to my local Kroger after choosing to shop elsewhere due to the poor customer service I had been receiving.I checked out and one of my 5 for $5 items did not ring up appropriately to get the money off. I questioned why and Ice, my cashier, and another cashier took me to the “service” desk for help. The “service “ area was chaotic because a cashier was working who was not on “the board” and didn’t get a break and now needed to leave by 8:00PM. I believe the cashier’s name was Angie or Andy—I heard it multiple times while six employees including the head cashier discussed this while ignoring me and at least one other customer with a problem. After 5+ minutes of listening to the chaos, Shawn, your customer service rep, waited on me I asked for my grocery item left because of my complete disgust with being placed in the middle of something NO customer should be forced to endure. Shawn then rudely responded to my frustration—because of course the CUSTOMER is NOT a priority in a business.I stopped shopping at this store three months because of rude employee behavior several times during my last visits. I will now NEVER step in the store again and will drive any distance to get my needs.Ice and the other women were excellent but the other employees were completely unacceptable.

Always friendly and most times I can find unusual items that Im looking for. I want a grocery store! Not clothing, hardware, lawn furniture and sporting goods.

The parking lot has a lot of potholes and carts are left everywhere so they get bumped into parked cars constantly. The fire lane is used as a parking space by many and blocking the entrance and walkways. The inside cart corral is almost always empty and is very dirty. The produce section is a bright spot, they have a wide variety and it is well stocked, the prices are also reasonable. The deli is well stocked but prices are on the high side, The fresh meat section can be spotty for selection and be wary of the meat as sometimes it is starting to spoil because it has not been properly refrigerated. The cheese section is lackluster in variety beyond just the basics, The soda isle is rarely stocked well and if its a sale they seem to stock it less. The chip and snack selection is well stocked and has a large variety, prices are OK. The frozen foods section has a very large variety but small amounts of each product so they sell out of a lot of popular foods quickly, prices can be high if not on a sale. The entire checkout process is a mess from the workers who just stand around doing nothing while lanes are backed up 5+ deep to the self checkouts not being properly maintained and calibrated. The customer service counter is always a wreck.

My favorite Kroger of all time. There is a sushi kiosk inside that ie quite good. The only thing lacking is a faster checkout. Most of the time is rather slow and the self scan feels like its run on a 2004 celeron processor. Its a small problem because its always clean and well organized. Definitely better then ghetto krogers on MLK.

Normally I have no issues. Today I was early, & I told them I was. They said no problem, but we are short staffed & will be out soon. I was the only car there & still didnt receive my groceries. 2 new cars pulled up & they brought their groceries. I left. Not happy. Ive shown up past my window & didnt wait like this. Its ok to be late, but Im punished if Im early. Not sure I even want to use curbside anymore. I still need to get my current order first though.

I like the coconut flavoring powder, for bottled water, & Ive only found it at Krogers Stores, any where else Ive seen coconut has been mixed. The only down factor is its more costly than the other flavors.

Click it at Krogers is a life saver. Its EASY to use and saves me a lot of time. I can shop at home, schedule my pick up time and then they load it in your vehicle. You never have to leave your vehicle. The first 3 orders are fee free. After that, I think its $5. They also work with a service that will deliver the groceries to your house. Krogers has made grocery shopping so much easier. Thank you Krogers!

This place needs to get some new management. If you go early, your going to wait in the check out line longer than it takes to shop. Saturday and Sunday are big retail days for food but this place loves to make customers wait because they only have one checkout lane open and they never have any bagers. I guess they expect the customers to bag their own groceries. Trust me, this Kroger does not care about customer service, they just want your money. I hope what ever management they have that they will fire them and hire someone that knows how to properly run a retail food store. I will now shop some place else.
