Don’t know how this place is still open. $22 for 3 egg sandwiches, nothing special. Supposed to come with small juice. Bagel was not that good. Expected small O.J with sandwich for $7 B.E.C handed me a kids juice box lol. Overpriced, owners must not be struggling though Tesla charging in the back.

I ordered A hero for lunch & it wasn’t fresh. Pretty made the sandwich I didn’t even get napkins or my chips that she promised me. And it was very poorly wrapped & bag was wet.

Excellent place to get breakfast. Good Bagels, friendly service and reasonable prices.

Awesome breakfast spot. Got the breakfast special which came with a coffee for about $6. Highly recommend this place.

Wow this place is going down, 1st of all there prices go up every week. The sandwiches are horribly prepared, one week it’s stale bread, next it’s way too much pepper. And there always burning my eggs. Not for nothing that review on there from Benny Frank is Lies. That weasel works there.

I went here for the first time yesterday to pick up breakfast sandwiches for my family. 3 sandwiches: 2- 2 eggs on a bagel with bacon, salt, and pepper, and 1- 2 eggs on a roll with bacon, cheese, and salt and pepper.How did they screw it up? Lets talk about it. None of the sandwiches had bacon. None of them had 2 eggs. I paid for 2 eggs on each sandwich and only got 1 egg on each.Not an auspicious start for a first time visit.

Cool, no nonsense bagel shop, cozy and feels like walking in your grandma’s kitchen. The bagels are akin to the Montreal style bagel minus the wood burning oven. They have a good balance of chewy tenderness and while they do have rolls, eggs and Boars Head products for sandwiches and the like, the bagels are great and deserve to be eaten simply with butter or cream cheese.

Dude my onion bagel with cream cheese was SOOOOO GOOD. Also had a turkey blt it was amazing. The dude serving us was quick and kind.

This is a wonderful locally owned bagel shop. They have friendly staff every time I go. First Responder is a personal favorite. If youre getting it on a hero, bring someone to share.

Fast, friendly service! The food (breakfast is the only meal I purchased few times) taste good and prices are reasonable. I liked the quick no nonsense service the most.

This place was horrible. Under staffed, looked dirty and forgot about my order even when they wrote it on a piece of paper and handed it to the lady in the back.i sat there for 35 minutes and in the end I never got my food I ordered and I returned my girls food cause in the 35 minutes she was waiting to eat with me her food got cold...... would definitely make a different choice when deciding what bagel store to go to cause I will never go back here again.

The bagels are hit or miss. Sometimes they are great and sometimes they are Ehhhh. The other problem is when I ask for a buttered bagel I want butter not a smear. This has happened many many times. Even asking for extra butter sometimes just doesnt cut it. I have spoken to many local people that agree.

Poor service and when you ask for bagels with cream cheese, it seems like they spray it on, because the layer of cream cheese is so thin, its almost like its not there.

They change the prices on me every time I go there and try to take advantage of me and take my money and they always mess up my order

The dozen agels were delish but person who sliced them was asleep!

Great bagels and breakfast sandwhiches. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an onion bagel. The person working told me if I did not like it I would not need to pay. I loved it, giving that money over to them was a breeze for such a good sandwhich!

Great food, people that work their are very professional

Even though Firehouse Bagels is super close to my house, it’s not worth going to! I haves tried a few times and it’s time to move onto another bagel place. The bagels aren’t good, the staff never seems to know how to make sandwiches/food, and the establishment isn’t clean. Yuck!

Could be better i came here Back here after very long time, now the service is not that great either had to wait 20 min for a simple bagel

Wow bagels are ooook what bagel store at 845 am on a sunday doesnt have there grill lite and has frozen eggs thats a sign of dont go there any more or just lazy employees or just plan horrible never go there again horrible
