Bought a Refrigerator from this company with a 3 year protection/maintenance plan. The unit broke after 1 year. it has been over 6 months of being fixed then breaks within a week or 2. I have lost hundreds of dollars in food. When you try to get in contact with the company its all automated messages and you cant get anybody on the line. This has been a nightmare. I have been without a reliable working refrigerator for over 6 months! Still waiting for my claim for a new fridge to go through. It has been 3 weeks since then and I have not heard anything. On the phone at 8 am right now waiting for a costumer service rep, it claims a 1 hour wait to talk with anyone. Do yourself a favor and buy from Mannys or Home depot.
What an awesome experience my family & I had with Paul, the store manager. He helped us every step of the way for me to get a refrigerator after living out of coolers with ice for many many months. He has the patience of an angel being that it was one hot & sticky day. You are very blessed to have an awesome & caring store manager in your employ. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANYScam! They take your money and sell products that dont work! I purchased a brand new washer on 8/19/2020. It worked for two loads of laundry and stopped working. On 9/4/2020 the first repair guy finally arrived and blamed the problemOn high water pressure. We had two products attached to our water pipes to “fix” the water issue (please note we’ve never had problems with our high water pressure before and we’ve been her 30Years). We have another repair scheduled on 9/10/2020. So this washer hasn’t been useable after 8/19/2020 and we are about 18 days later. The company claims all sales final but they ultimately sold me a machine that doesn’t work. They took $662 from me for a broken machine. That’s a SCAM. I’m warning you don’t do business with this company!!!
This is Liz Ackerman. This store Took $665 from me on 8/19/2020 for a brand new washing machine. The washer worked 2 times that evening and hasn’t worked since. Our first repair was just 9/4/2020. It’s now 9/7/2020 and the second repair will be 9/10/2020. Don’t do business with this company unless you want to be scammed from your hard earned money!!!
Decent inventory, but for them to claim to be an outlet and refurbished store, it raises a question on their prices, definitely do your research, I found that some of their so call sales, were not much of a different from a named appliance store, so I went with the name store because I found the same model brand new no scratches or dents for about $20 more than theirs with all the scratches and dents, so definitely look around, they might have a decent inventory but definitely some questionable sales in my opinion
Someone sold us a ride on tractor and told us EVERYTHING was covered under the warranty we chose. We SPECIFICALLY asked about mice related problems because we have many mice problems in the shed over the winter. This man told us absolutely no problem, everything was covered, even if we purposely did something to it! Which of course, we would never. It’s a wonderful tractor and worked great - for the MONTH that we got to use it before winter. Now, there’s damage from the mice, even with trying our hardest to keep them out. We send in it to see what needs to get fixed, and SURPRISE! The guy lied about everything and NOTHING is covered under the warranty we paid $500 for. Now there’s almost $800 worth of damage that we can’t take care of all because this unprofessional guy telling us we had nothing to worry about. We will NEVER buy anything from here again, and I would highly suggest staying away from them. Apparently they like to lie to people to get their money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE.

If I could give them Zero I would, I ordered and paid for a couch 5 weeks ago, it arrived there 2 weeks ago paid for shipping, they told us they didnt have a lot of delivery people so we would have to wait 2 more weeks for delivery, so called yesterday to make sure it was coming they said we do not have you on the schedule for delivery but they would put us on it and it will be delivered. short story they did not answer calls and no delivery, so now I need to find a way to get this to my home and then try to get my money back I paid for delivery..

I would like to say I got the best service today from the manager Andre, I came in to look at some appliances he was great!! I felt bad because he was by himself, no sales staff but he was able to help me and my father pick out a fridge and over the stove microwave !! I went to home depot and Lowes and got horrible service, if I need anything in the future I will def go to him !! The savings and the service was great and the guy that loaded us up was Scott was great to !!

Stopped in today to inquire about air conditioners and was informed by the salesman Ricardo that they were completely sold out. I have someone at home that gets very Ill when it gets too hot and I explained this to him. Instead of just brushing me off he made a recommendation of where I could look to find one I love doing business with the outlet but also understand that alot of other people do too. His recommendation worked out as I was able to find an AC, paid a little more, but will always go back to the outlet

Have spent two days trying to cancel a lease order that wasn’t even 24 hours old when I tried to cancel. They refused to give me back the lousy $60 I put down for their rip off lease program. No one from corporate or the lease program has had the courtesy to send me an email stating this is canceled. Clearly explains why Sears stores have closed. Horrible. I’m not one to bash on social media as I hate when I am on the other end of that, but clearly they aren’t listening to my requests.
Incredible customer service from Nick, the manager. Not only did he make purchasing our unit easy but he also went out of his way to come out to my home to fix an issue with it after it had been delivered. His customer service skills are beyond what would have been expected. We cannot thank him enough. Thanks so much Nick for all your help!!! You deserve a raise!!!!

Needed a new fridge and double oven. Found what we were looking for. The oven ended up being too big and Andrè fixes our account no problem. The delivery guys were polite and efficient.will definitely go back for any other appliance needs.
Bought a dryer that ended up not working. Called sears to come fix it and they said it’s probably the outlet. Had an electrician confirm it is not the outlet. Sears came out to check and they don’t have the right parts to fix it. The warranty states they always have the parts. Now I have to wait another week before being able to use it, or exchange it which sounds equally enjoyable. So glad I got the classic Sears experience.Update: the DM gave us a better dryer and covered shipping.

If you think that the previous review person had trouble getting their delivery I can tell you that its nothing compared to my ordeal. Ive been cancelled 4 times.... for 3 different bogus reasons... an inch and a half of snow..... the weather even though it was not a cloud in the sky that day.... and then that the store had not shipped my appliances to the warehouse. all were bogus. My original delivery was 3appliances. What delivers did not take the doors off the refrigerator and squeezed it up the staircase leaving Titanic like gouges on both sides. As they were squeezing it up the staircase they said all its okay well just tell them it was damage on the truck and then Ill send you a brand new one. They told me the dryer would not fit in the door even though all they had to do was take the bubble back off.... the washer never worked.....ZERO FOR THREE!!! And then the delivery problems to follow. The stores manager and assistant manager seem to be sympathetic but Ive waited a week for a call back from the store manager. I was also routed to talk to people from overseas who did not have a firm grasp of the English language and who I had to talk to like a baby to get to understand me....kinda. at this point I am playing a waiting game. How do they stay in business with service like this? I guess just remember you get what you pay for..... except satisfactory delivery.
I expected a mini Sears store. Very little for tools which is what I was looking for. Some variety of washers dryers refrigerators and mattresses plus little odds and ends that you wouldnt expect them to carry

Went in to get some prices for a new dishwasher and refrigerator for one of our rentals. Nicholas, the GM, was a huge help and offered information that we didnt even think of asking. For instance, he told us about how there now needs to be a shut off behind the fridge, instead of in the basement. We will definitely go back there and wont hesitate to call him with any questions.
The cashier at KMart was excellent. She was very helpful. Took time to help us out and explain things. We will be back.

If you buy anything from this store dont expect it to be delivered before the next Presidential Election. My delivery was to be Friday Jan 3. No delivery. I was understanding due to the snowstorm the day before. I figured that they might be running late. They called to confirm delivery for Saturday between 9-11am. I got a call at 10:30 that the delivery was cancelled. I had to call back to actually talk to someone. When I did, unfortunately it was not anyone in North America. They told me that there was a problem with the paperwork and that I needed to call the store. I called the store and Kevin told me that he would get back to me. I did not expect a call within the hour because I know that he had to call around. Well 23 hours later I decided to call back. I was told that the delivery would be on Wednesday. Needless to say I wasnt very happy. I already took a day off from work in anticipation of the delivery, On Monday I get a call and was told to call about my scheduled delivery for TUESDAY. When I called I asked for a time I was then told that the fridge was no longer available. I am now getting a tad upset. The woman from a country across the great ocean called the store for me to find out what happened to my fridge. She got back on the line and said that the fridge was indeed still available and that I will get a call tonight confirming my delivery time. Let me just say I am not expecting a refrigerator anytime soon. And if they do show up tomorrow, I will be even more surprised if it actually the fridge that I bought.

It is unfortunate that a once proud American store has fallen to such low levels of customer suport have such lack for their customers! We traveled 1hr 15mins to get a good deal and after telling the employees we spoke to 1 hours prior to us arriving The two employees working closing refused to allow me to carry out a fridge within 30 minutes of the store closing.They said it was company policy. But sjy would you close at 9pm if nothing was aloud out of the store after 830pm. Very disappointed with how we were treated.
They never have the products on stalk...been there a couple times and always the same old story..

The experience I had at the Sears Outlet in Holyoke Ma tonight (5/2/2019) was absolutely appalling, which is seriously unfortunate because the sales person who was working was PHENOMINAL. His supervisor on the other hand, has absolutely no business being a people manager. When I walked into the store I was greeted by the sales associate and asked if I needed any help. While I was shopping around the supervisor was COMPLETELY BERRATING him!! He was rude, demanding and condisending. (If I was that sales person I would have walked out of that store and never looked back.) I was unsure about which washer I wanted to purchase, so I asked the sales associate for an opinion. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and I was completely prepared to make a purchase. We got up to the counter and talked about the price. I was on the fence and was considering shopping around a bit more, but frankly I would have been an easy sell. I know that these guys work on commission and I think he deserved that sale. I am a retail manager and I was impressed - It was a job well done. BUT THEN the supervisor chimes in and tries to pressure me into the sale saying that he was happy to be the bad guy and he wouldnt give me that price tmrw with an attitude. I took my money and walked straight outta that store!! And on top of it, as I was walking out he made a rude comment! That supervisor has absolutely no business supervising anything or anyone. And if Sears was a good business they would terminate him and consider promoting the sales associate, because frankly he seemed much more qualified. He gets 5 stars. Every employee deserves to be respected.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Customer service was absolutely horrendous. The “manager” Andre works about 1 hour per week, and when he is there he’s HIDING in his office or outside smoking while the ONE associate inside scrambles alone. If you’re lucky enough for them to answer the phone, they will lie to you.
