So I came in today at 5. Their advertisement says to 5:30. I even spoke to someone and they told me it was okay. So I drove out of my way to come here last mechanic of the day. I pull up at 5 and walk inside and the guy tells me no were closed. I know it was an issue with my Brown face because there were other customers being waited on. Sometimes people put bias over business Im going to make it my business to expose businesses who have a problem with black and brown money

They arent the cheapest, but they are honest.... they charge a fair price, and when they say it is fixed, it is.

Didnt end up using their service due to pricing. FROM A CUSTOMER perspective they missed an opportunity to win my business over not much money. When you are struggling financially sadly every dollar counts.

I’ve taken my car here twice in the past month. The first time they patched my tire for a great price, and I was in and out within 30 minutes. The second time my car overheated and I had to get my car towed, so I had them tow here. Usually, car places stress me out because they can be quite condescending towards women. However, the mechanics at this shop are very nice and accommodating, and they didn’t make me feel like a complete idiot. They fixed my car for a very fair price and didn’t try to squeeze every penny out of me (like a lot of mainstream corporate auto shops would.) Now my car is running beautifully. I will continue to go back for oil changes from now on!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this establishment. The man at the desk, I think his name is Joe, is always helpful and courteous!

Do not go here. The manager, Justin, is working with a complete crook of a used car salesmen. Together they patch up cars and illegally sell them with inspection stickers when they did not pass MA inspection. The manager lies about lemon laws, and tries to help his friend get away with the nonsense. They are both untrustworthy in every way, so do not bring your car to here. Of course, the bullet holes in the windows are another good reason to stay away from this shop.
