I think a lot of the stuff they sell is cute and I definitely would want to buy it but it’s soooo expensive. Plus my fiancé literally can’t stand being in the store because it smells horrendous. We went today and I stepped in whatever is making the smell… the carpet literally smooshed under my feet 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 why they don’t have anything up to prevent this contamination is beyond me but it seriously smells like a very dirty toilet exploded in the store. It’s been like that for years but not soaking wet. I’m surprised the mall isn’t doing anything about it. But that floor is going to rot eventually.

Cool store to poke around in. My son loves going here with the pop figures movies and music. There is something for everyone here! Located just inside the Holyoke Mall from J.C.PENNEY on 1st floor.

Great place to find anything you need of music, DVDS, CDs, blue Ray. Action figures, anime stuff, DC comics toys, Marvel universe toys. Love it!

Its the only store left that sells a wide variety of dads and audio

I would give it 5 stars if their new kpop merch wasnt so over priced. Getting the albums online is still cheaper. Other then that they have albums that are still new in Korea and the have Jpop versions of kpop and jpop albums from Japanese idols.

The store was clean, and easy to find things. The prices are what you would expect at a specialty store like this. They have a variety of odd comic book memorabilia.When we cashed out the cashier was friendly. I would recommend going there.

I went to fye Holyoke mall Holyoke mass and I was very impressed with how the employees keep the store clean and the shelves stocked with cds in alphabetical order and dvds and they have a variety of items for everyone and I was very with how the employees help customers find what there looking for and how they explain to them that if they cant find the item or items that theyre looking for they can order them and let them know when they come in the store and I would go back there again and I would recommend fye Holyoke mall Holyoke mass to everyone to go to for good service and great variety of items.

Still a good place to get Music CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray movies though not as complete as before.

I am dealing with an issue right now as an employee from the Holyoke location FYE store asked me if I wanted to become a member for 10% off my purchase. I gave them my email and shipping address. She did not provide any other information. The card information that I used to make my purchase was recorded and they charged my card $11.99 throughout many months. I was never informed that their membership in the first place costs money. I looked this situation up and many other people are currently dealing with this.

I love the store, but I do not like the managers. Since when are you not allowed to call an employee 2 hours towards the end of their shift to figure out exactly what time they get out? So you can be there to pick them up on time..... I’ve never once heard “your not allowed to make personal calls” ever. Would you rather your employee be on their personal phone? Totally unprofessional.

Went to see some specials, at the moment you are paying they will tell you for the free member card and they ask you for ID by the end of the transaction they will tell you that you have to call and cancel the membership so that they dont charge you every month. IS a total lie dont trust them now is taking me a huge nightmare to get this fixed. worst store ever they arent honest with you... if is FREE is FREE dont come last minute after i pay that i have to cancel so i dont get charge.... if i could give a worst negative I would but it only allowed me to give a start that they dont even deserve...

Visited 2 months ago and got asked by the cashier if Id like 10% off so I said sure, why not. Little did I know I was being signed up for a $12 a month subscription service that I was not told about at all. Ive tried calling but cant seem to get anyone to answer. Very scummy.

They have all kinds of pop culture stuff plus movies and music at a reasonable price. You can also sell old DVDs CDs or video games they pay cash be careful though if they have to much in stock they will only give you 1cent for them so watch what there paying you.

EVERY time I hit the Holyoke Mall, F.Y.E. (For Your Entertainment) is a store that is ALWAYS on my list. Here they have DVD movies and music. They have old school records too. They sell the POP figurines and misc things like clothes, stuffed animals, candy, and (my favorite) speakers and headphones section. They have pretty decent prices too!! You never know what you will walk out with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store!! Yesss!!

I go CD shopping for K-pop. And this store has a great selection. The problem was, there was NO organization at all. I didnt find what I was looking for at all (and I was looking for alot) and I looked for over a half hour.

Good selection of kpop, prices are outrageous, staff is rude, shelves are a mess. Don’t even bother. Just buy them from somewhere else and save your bank account.

A media and toy buyers dream store. The Funko Pop wall of figures against the stores back wall is impressive, to say the least. Friendly, engaging staff who were more than knowledgeable about their extensive stock of music, movie, and geek-culture merchandise. A positive experience all around.

Love FYE. Its like my kind of store. As movies and music are more and more widely accepted on digital formats, youd think stores like FYE would be obsolete. But they are so much more than just movies and music. We go into all the FYEs that we see. We always find something pop culture related. The staff at this store were great. They helped out so much when we were looking for Fortnite stuff for my son.

Associates are very helpful and theres tons of unique merchandise there.

The items can be pricey from time to time, but theyre of good quality. Overall a rather decent store; however, there was a long line at the registers with no cashier in sight when I went.

It smells like pickles in here, but not in a good way. Other wise a good store.

Asked price on one an item employee said 20 then at register another says 30 she messed up l. W.e fine then they had an item stickered at one price but charged another price and accused us of changing price and would not ever go back. Con artists there working.

Although its a chain, Im very glad this store still exists. Its so nice to have a place to buy physical music where you can open a CD, appreciate the art, etc. I hope they keep selling cds and dont go all in on the side paraphernalia.

A little disappointed with the CD selection. I understand that the shift is towards downloading music but my car and I are old school and like CDs. However the service was great and I found CDs I didnt know I needed!

I went to get a couple things and was able to get in and out in ten minutes.

I have a few complaints about the store. First, everytime I have gone to F.Y.E. the store smells terrible and customers can smell it from the escalators. Second, the employees take forever to take care of one customer. Third, they have been forcing customers into membership and not asking if they want to join. I really do not appreciate being forced into a membership that I didnt ask. I havent gone back since and will not be returning to F.Y.E

The best movie and music place great prices too

I love this store I could stay for hours and look through all the movies and stuff. Really wish they werent cutting back on the movies and replacing it with nick nacks and other stuff.

Their rewards program is BS and hard to get out of. Besides that their products are fun.

My car still uses a CD player without aux capability and fye is one of the few places around me that not only still Carrys CDs but allows you to download and burn them in store to assure you get what you came for or allow you to make a mixtape. Theyre also a wonderful anime, movie and entertainment merchandise location.
