Big selection, good prices and promotions. Also loved the fact they actually limit the number of people that are inside at a given time. There was a line outside and a clerk at the door that was managing it. Great job! Felt safe!

I came here with my mom and brother. My brother had to get sneakers here. This place is inside the holyoke mall. It is a medium size store that sells sneakers. They have a wide variety of sneakers to choose from. They also have big name brands like Nike, converse, reebok, timberland.

Best place to buy shoes. I have three kids that grow so quickly it’s a strain on my budget but here they do buy one get one half off. The girls are always so sweet and measure their feet every time we come in. We order shoes frequently and more often than not they come in quicker than advertised. Everyone is always so cheerful and checks up on us when we’re shopping I will always come here!!

This is great store for shopping BUT managers MARY and EMILY are so Rude!! They lack customer service skills. I have called cooperate office on them, and no one answered or called me back. They are just as bad!! Around black Friday one of the managers was beyond rude to one of her own cashiers. Mary was belittling one of her own cashiers in front of so many customers. So unprofessional!!!!!

Walking into the store there were about 5 sales associates on the floor and I was never even greeted or smiled at. While looking for something I had the employees walk past me several times and never asked if I needed help. Finally someone asks me if i need help and they helped me pick out a set of shoes on sale and then just waljed away from me. When I get to the register they try to tell me the shoes I wanted were a different price than what they were advertising them on the floor for. I asked to speak to a manager and they left, when they came back it was the same person and they said there was nothing they could do for me. I asked to speak to the manager again and they left again, when they came back this time the manager came over to the register punched in her info and walked away never saying anything. In the end I got the sales price but my experience was horrible and I felt unwanted I the store. Will never buy shoes from there again!!! This should get negative star ratings
