Pearl Bridal was the 3rd Bridal Shop I went to and I wish I had started there first! Ryan is extremely professional and she did a great job picking out dresses that matched what I was looking for. At other bridal shops I went to I felt pushed to make a decision. Ryan asked consultative questions and did not rush me to make a decision. She made the dress shopping process enjoyable and I felt extremely comfortable with my purchase. She then later picked out a veil for me, also without pushing me to buy one when I was originally hesitant, and it matched the dress perfectly.My dress was also altered at Pearl Bridal and we were extremely impressed with the quality of the work. The bustle was intricate and Im glad I stayed there for alterations rather than going somewhere else.Overall, I had a great experience shopping here and would highly recommend it to other brides!

I purchased my wedding dress from Pearl Boutique. The experience and the staff were absolutely amazing! They listened to exactly what I was looking for in my dress but also guided me towards my ultimate dress that was slightly different than I was thinking I wanted. The dress ended up being absolutely perfect for our venue and our day. The alteration process was also super simple. My consultant, Brittany was absolutely wonderful. Every dress that she showed me was beautiful, flattering, and well within my budget. I feel like the best version of myself in the gown that I purchased and I cant wait to wear it. The boutique is lovely and I really enjoyed not having to share the space. Covid measures were right on target and I felt safe. Overall it was a great experience.

Terrible experience! My daughter was in tears when we left. We were told by the consultant that we could not touch the dresses, so my daughter was limited to trying on only the few that the consultant selected for her. We had a decent size budget, so price wasn’t the issue. After trying on less than 10 dresses and being in the shop for 40 minutes, we were told that there were no other options. The appointment was at 6:30 pm, and it seemed as though the consultant just wanted to get home for the night.Before we left, the consultant said, “I don’t want to scare you, but since your wedding is only 7 months away, you really need to make a decision quickly... you don’t want to walk down the aisle naked.”Who SAYS that to a bride!?

Our experience at Pearl Boutique was fantastic!. Carrie was our sales associate and she was wonderful. I took my daughter to pick out a wedding dress and the experience was phenomenal. We were only shown dresses that were in our budget and exactly what my daughter wanted for her style. Within 1 hour my daughter was able to pick out the most gorgeous dress. Carrie was knowledgeable, attentive, and has a great eye for detail. It was a great experience and I highly recommend pearl Boutique!!

Such a BEAUTIFUL boutique with an amazing selection of gowns! Ryan made the whole experience so special and as if I was the only bride, no rush, and all the comfort to make such an important choice! Athan is perfect at alterations, I had a big change to make for my gown and it came out exactly as I had it in my head! Highly highly recommend! Amazing little boutique! Got my wedding dress here and it was everything I wanted! They were prompt, communicative and very organized! Loved their options for dresses and the vibe overall. My best friend got her wedding dress here too! Fabulous both times! Alterations are a pretty penny though ($400 for mine). So keep that in mind! 😊

I was here today with my Sister in Law as she was looking for a Wedding dress.This Boutique was beyond cute! Very rustic, inviting, and very clean. The Customer Service we received was phenomenal! The Lady who was working (I don’t know her name) went above and beyond. I loved loved LoVEd this place, I was able to work one-on-one with the owner, dooring a week day so it was more intimate she was absolutely amazing. I told her what I was looking for and she nailed it, she was able to understand everything that I wanted and she actually listened to me. I plan to return in the next couple of months with my bridal party to find their dresses. Thank you again!!!

I bought my wedding dress from Pearl and I had a great experience! Their shop is in one of the renovated old mills in Holyoke, and its just beautiful. They have a huge selection of dresses of all different styles. I worked with several different consultants and they were all so helpful and professional. And I loved their tailor, he was amazing! I had a great experience, I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I went into Pearl searching for my wedding dress and I did not leave disappointed. Carrie, our associate, was PHENOMENAL! She was very knowledgeable and gave her honest opinion(s) in a kind way. She made the experience incredible for myself and my guests. The boutique itself is cute, very well lit and the changing rooms are large. Being in Pearl made me feel like I was on one of those wedding TV shows. I highly recommend it!

Ryan and her staff at Pearl are fantastic! I can call anytime with my questions and she is very accommodating. There is a new web site that they just launched a few months ago that is also helpful. My sister and I both went to Pearl, and it is where I bought my wedding gown and plan on purchasing my attendants outfits there as well. Another top reason is because the staff at Bridal Barn is pushy and not very personable. GO TO PEARL!

I didnt buy a dress from pearl, in general I wasnt blown away with the quality of the dresses... but I was blown away by the sales woman I worked with. She knew what shapes worked on my body type, and was kind & funny when I was stressed.

So far so good, went in once, very friendly staff, waiting for my dress to come in. In a strange location but felt safe.
