REMARKABLE!!! I have an iPhone XS Max and was water damaged! They fixed it so fast!! Under 20 min and came out looking so fresh. Amazing customer service and really easy to deal with. I recommend to everyone having phone issues. Apple told me 5 hours and there wasn’t anyone in the store. Shatter and Case did it under 20 minutes with no appointment necessary!

Just broke my iPhone XR an hour ago! Had a business meeting I needed to get to within the hour. Rushed to Holyoke mall and they fixed it in 10 minutes. Got to my meeting early and made a lot more than I would have without my iPhone. Shatter and case really did me right. Good prices great service!! And I got a coffee for a quick boost fromStarbucks. Took longer than she said, broke the back glass,and the glue was put on poorly. I would not recommend and am just going to learn myself.

I have an Lg Stylo 6 and I love my phone. Been using it for over a year and it’s basically my whole life. Long story short I completely shattered my screen and my camera. I went to Best Buy and geek squad told me they couldn’t do anything to retrieve my data :(They did refer me to Michael at Shatter and Case, and I couldn’t believe my eyes. He took my phone opened it up fully right in front of me! I never even seen the inside of a phone before. Gave me a completely new screen so I wouldn’t lose my data and he even had a camera in stock! Now I can take my beautiful selfies whenever I want 😎 thank you so much. I cannot believe this place exists. Will refer all my friends. Thanks!!

Just finished fixing my iPhone 7 Plus, half the screen wasn’t touching and needed to get my pictures and notes. Apple wouldn’t fix it without changing the device and couldn’t even book an appointment till next week(unbelievable). I looked across the hall and stumbled upon Shatter and Case. Spoke with the nicest woman named Lucy and she literally took my phone and fixed it in 15 minutes. HASSLE FREE. I watched her fix it in front of my eyes. I got all my info and even put a tempered glass for future protection. So amazed that this is possible - thanks Shatter and Case hidden gem inside the holyoke mall!! Ask for Lucy!!

NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. Obviously they overcharge because the Apple store is in the mall. I paid $200 for my front screen & $300 on my back screen for a 11pro and now I have notifications from Apple saying my display “aka the screen” isn’t genuine. SO not worth the money… and obviously a scam

Shatter and Case tried to charge me $395 for replacing a screen on an iPhone XS. The manager gave me a discount that brought it to the price of replacing it at the Apple Store, but very disappointed that they tried to do this.

I wont go there again. They are simply overcharging people.

These people are super opportunistic. I could’ve just bought myself a new phone . Dude ripes my screen off before I can agree .Then a month later my screen is peeling off. I go to the owner . And he told me my battery exploded . Yet it’s still charging and clearly works . Dude was close to ripping off my screen to charge me for a battery. I snatched my phone up and walked away. They are only good for cases . You guys are better off getting a new phone . NEVER AGAINI see a lot of 5 star comments that are basic and not detailed at all except for the complaints. That clearly must say something .

The absolute most horrific customer service I’ve dealt with in any business.The girl that did the work on my phone was a professional at doing her job.Tip of the day: Before using this business, do a test call with a small complaint and see their true colors come out. Theyre only in it for the quick dollar.Spend the extra $ and get your phone fixed at a reputable store.P.S. The guy that runs it keeps referring to the case that I purchased from them as an OTTERBOX. Nowhere on what I purchased from him has an OTTERBOX label on it, or packaging with it.Theyre about as trustworthy as their copywriting.

They do not have screen protectors for curved cell phone screens here. They wont tell you that and will place the standard which will eventually fall off and crack. They also do not refund although they sell you merchandise that isnt for your phone. They will suggest more glue which I wouldnt suggest because it will give you trouble using your phone since the screen is not flush and will eventually fall off...Bad business. 😒

Very bad company I bought a phone from them in a month it broke down I went to repair them they did not repair me they deceive people promise people that if the phone breaks they will repair it but this is not true I want to file a complaint against them in court

The screen that got put on my phone is not the right size and they tried charging me $212 dollars for the screen that doesnt even fit my phone and I didnt even pay that FOR THE PHONE when I bought it.

I lost 400 Dollars with these people I came to them with a cracked phone and after they fixed it my screen started to freeze my phone started bugging out clicking things that I wasn’t even clicking for that I Would’ve just kept the screen cracked because at least I could use my phone I wouldn’t recommend fixing your screen with these people they’re such rip offs

Came in with a shattered screen, and was repaired within minutes. The workers were exceptional and informative. They were confident in their work and accessories for my particular phone. Customer service was great and the actual repair was perfect. I recommend them to anyone in need of accessories or repairs. I am a very happy customer!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY DO SHODDY WORK, THEN DONT STAND BY THEIR WORK. SCREEN WASNT PUT ON PROPERLY CAUSING IT TO BREAK IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS. BROUGHT IT BACK AND THEY ACCUSED ME OF DROPPING IT.

TERRIBLE WORK, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Took my phone with a small crack at the bottom got the glass repaired and a RUINED camera. Took it back to be fixed, the guy TRIED to charge for a new camera. I told him fix my phone and return it. He fixed it and I returned home with no sound to my speaker. Took it a 3rd time, got that fixed and came home to problems with charging due to phone temperature. At that, HE & His staff have ATTITUDE PROBLEMS are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and problematic. I see the rest of the bad reviews, wish I wouldve done my RESEARCh!! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

I recommend you not buying here. They approach you while walking in the mall. If you ask for a product they’ll unwrap two more and the make you pay for that. All purchases are non-refundable. On the side of all that they charge you three times other places. When you try to complain they run away saying they have other customers waiting.

Customer service no good ! Young kids to busy on there phones and talking to help and you buy a case for a ridiculous amount of money and its made cheaply . You can get the same cases at the flea market in Hartford for way less

Got my iPhone 7 screen fixed yesterday. The screen is not sitting right which now means the corners my of screen are useless. If I try and use the edge to scroll on a page it will often jump around. My home button isnt sitting right either. After realizing the OtterBox i was sold was fake I demanded a refund which he was reluctant to give despite it being less than 20 minutes since I bought it. I WISH I had just spent the extra money and gone to the Apple Store, which I now have to go to to get this done correctly.

I stopped by to get a screen replaced and these two did an amazing job at a reasonable price.

I approached the gentleman at the help counter and explained that my phone was broken and I would like to repair same. He completely ignore my concerns and was just disconnected from the problem with my phone. His body language was like “get out my face” . I was disappointed with the service and would never go there again.

Went to the Holyoke Mall on of my very infrequent trips, to get my phone fixed. Looking for the place I normally would go, I approach the kiosk next to Dollar tree, and when asking where Ifix was the girl gave me an attitude, with that attitude said oh i dont know where they are, those are my competitors. She was a B and then i asked for her name she said oh i didnt have an attitude with you, and then kept talking when I walked away. This is very, very poor customer service. I work in that field and I would never get away with that.

Bad customer service fixed my phone it broke I had to get a new phone I go back to see if it can be fixed instead the manger says to me I got two other phones for sale as far as the phone I fixed an broke I can’t do anything like cmon he’s over there Up selling down graded product an knock off 5 $ china town cases trying to pass them off as otter box cases an instead of offering a solution brags about selling knock of cases an phone repair by reps who are not even certified to do the repair place is a joke wouldn’t even offer a refund an place has no sign or advertisement of the return policy crooks an they can’t handle customers instead they get nervous an try to deflect the question with a rude statement don’t go here place is trash going I’ve been selling cheap cases for 10 years lol really that’s what he said

My home button sounds like a dinosaur every time someone texts calls or i even press it also when i was there i was told i had a lot of dust in my camera which my camera was perfect until i go home to take a picture and my back camera is shaking because he probably shifted it more towards my camera i must have gotten bad luck now ill be seeing i fix 🥳

Poor customer service. Took over two hours. I kept running into the person who was supposed to be fixing my phone taking strolls around the mall, smoking outside, etc. To make it worse the female working there was very rude and made very inappropriate, offensive comments. If you hate your job, you should quit.

Good price quote, but really unfortunate quality. Though my phone was imperfect when I brought it in, it left with MORE problems than it came with-- irreparable damage. After an alluring price ($110 for a screen replacement on an LG G5) and short time commitment (30-40 mins), I went to retrieve my phone. The screen was slightly raised on top, and after inquiring about it to the owners employee, she tried to press it back in. Unfortunately, this led to her cracking the (brand new!) screen. The owner (who fixed my phone) insisted that it was uncracked and unraised when he was done with it (which is unlikely since I dont know how the screen would raise itself). Bottom line, I had to take another hour somewhere else to replace my screen since this was Shatter & Cases last screen in stock. At the new place, they told me that I was MISSING PIECES in my phone. When I called the owner (after mishearing me multiple times due to the newly missing ear piece), he denied the existence of it ever being there and didnt offer to fix the problem he created at all. He was obviously careless if he didnt even notice that the screen was raised in the first place, so I dont trust that the piece was missing before. I did not have volume or hearing problems before I brought it to Shatter & Case to be fixed, and the piece Im missing cant be purchased separately. Highly regret coming here.

Drove 40 minutes there to get a cracked iPhone 5s screen replaced, to go home and have the screen glitch so bad I cant open a single app or write a text. Tried calling to see if they would even fix it before I drive 40 minutes again, and no one would answer the number of their website or buissness catd. I called numerous times with no answer. I went back and they replaced the screen again and put on a tempered glass protector. Screen replacement $100 tempered glass protector $40 and already cracked! Seriously bad place go somewhere else, they use cheap replacement products and urge you to walk away while they fix your things

AWFUL!! Tried to charge me $40 extra and when I wouldnt pay it he threatened to call security ( I wanted him to), punched his phone several times in a tantrum, yelled things trying to make me feel bad and then told me to get the F out!! People at next kiosk were asking what happened and made sure I was okay. To top it off, my screen was not done properly and when touched black streaks show up all over. SO SO AWFUL!!
