I just absolutely love the scented candles. The location is decent as well.

First of all, i want to disclaim how pleasant and jolly candle shopping should be come the holiday season. Sam has absolutely shattered that mood. between the dirty looks, attitude, and hearing his snarky comments about me and my friend. then proceeding to walk into the back on his phone while there is a line of 4 people, leaving his coworker Erik (who was very kind and personable) to handle all of the work. Sam was very rude to everyone who walked thru the door, including an elderly woman simply asking the price of a certain size candle. i’m convinced his only job is to stand at the door and ruin everyone’s experience. the disrespect from Sam every time i come into the store, makes me immediately want to leave.

Ive been going with my wife and kids during the xmas season every year since my kids were about 2 years old and now my kids are in their early 20s. We absolutely love this place for the ambiance and aroma of candles and it wouldnt feel like Christmas to us without it. We plan to keep goin every year as long as we are all still here.

The tarts are half the size now & sm candles much more money

I love this store and the brand. I walked in today and was greeted right away. Both ladies that were present were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend to others.

I ordered 4 candles from Yankee candle on October 13, 2019. I received the candles a little over a week later and 2 of the jar candles were broken. I emailed yankee candles customer care and sent pictures of the broken candles asking for some kind of resolution. I received a response saying that they would be happy to replace the broken candles and asked me to send more pictures of the broken candles. I did this and followed up with 4 emails since October 28th and have not received a response. I’m very disappointed with the customer service and just want my candles. I won’t be shopping at yankee candle any longer.

Really good Yankee Candle, my child made a candle and he loved it,it was gone almost instantly.

They fixed what wasnt broken. They replaced most of the traditional yankee candles with far more expensive candles that look fancy but dont seem as aromatic. I had to return one of the new square candles because it had no throw and the square candle I got in exchange isnt much better. Perhaps they are trying to cater to a different clientele, but I like traditional yankee candles.

Great selection of candles to chose from. A bit pricey if not on sale though.

So disappointed! Why change what worked? I went in the Holyoke Mall what used to be Yankee Candle to stock up on my votives for Fall. No longer there. It is now called Yankee Power or some ridiculous name and was told they are no longer carrying votives or any traditional candles that put them in business. Instead I can mix my own scents or buy a very expensive, new line of candles. No thanks! Deerfield is not so close for a quick trip so I guess Ill search a new brand.

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. Has a great store look and helpful staff.

Did not have anything i order two items out of 8 you would think for a big companies they would have more product
