Love my new car starter. Derrick is great and explained everything in detail. This remote is easy to use and what I love about it is that it has long distance to it and it lets me know when the car is on and when it shuts off. Also if I get another vehicle this starter can be taken off and reinstalled in new car as long as it’s compatible. I’ve had quite a few starters and no one has offered that to me. If you need a car starter especially for the winter then take it to DW customs. Can’t say nothing but good things.

Best place to get your install done. Took my Tundra in because another shops did an incorrect dashcam install. Derek diagnosed corrected . Now other car is in. Wish I came here first.

If you want professional and personal service that you don’t get at the big box stores, DW Customs is the place to call. My remote start had a freak issue months after it was installed and Derek told me to come right in and fixed the issue in minutes at no cost even though it was through no fault of his own. Wanted a remote start for my mothers car for Christmas. Looked at offers on Groupon but after all the up charges, I couldnt find a more reasonable price than dwcustoms standard rate and the service was incredible. He explained to me the different types of starters and told me what I would need given a car with a security chipped key and remote entry.He was able to give us an appointment very quickly and spent almost half an hour making sure my mother was comfortable using the starter. He also showed her that she had a more nest in the engine and then vacuumed it out. Truly exemplary service. Thank you.
