Do not waste your money here. They make you order more material then you need and then tell you after that you can’t return it.

Great selection of area rugs, much better prices than I’m used to seeing.

Had an issue with area rug we purchased five years ago. They had us bring it in and they dealt with issue to fix it. Very happy with customer service.

Quality flooring and installation!

Weve had two very good experiences with American Rug. They replaced the carpeting on our stairs and made a lovely area rug for the living room. Very helpful sales people and quick response for a minor complaint on the stairs.

Worst experience EVER!! I had carpet installed over one year ago. The seams were readily seen. The owner came out to take pictures, agreed the seams were not correct, and noted a color discrepancy . Sent out two individuals to attempt to fix the seams. It didn’t work. Claimed a “blender” would come to fix color discrepancy, but that never came to fruition for reasons unbeknownst to me. I had to get the help of an attorney. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would.

Went there once to shop local. Lets just say I wont be going there again.
