Service is not like it used to be. I am a regular customer and they used to gift wrap your items and spray some perfume on the package. I bought a bag and wallet and when I asked to have it boxed, they said they dont do that but gave me a box to take home. The box he gave me is too small and I cannot close box with handbag inside. I guess online shopping from now on! Not worth the 2 hour drive anymore.

Micheal kors is nice if you can afford the full mall prices.
