Typical Starbucks experience, fast service and accurate. No issues here!

Absolutely love the Impossible breakfast sandwich! Was delicious!

So I went to Starbucks with my daughter and only because she wanted to try one of their drinks and I honestly didnt think I would like any of the choices for some of reason. I am so thankful to my daughter for making me try one because these drinks are delicious! I keep trying different ones and so far no disappointment. A little different to what Im used to ordering but, I can learn when its all with it. The only thing that makes me sad are the prices but, Ill have to learn to only reward myself maybe every other day. 😂

Ordered the blonde pike with hazelnut syrup. Enjoyed this coffee while sitting down at this location. The refill was quick and prompt. I would recommend this location if youre at the mall. This Starbucks can get very busy at times, which may result in long lines.

If this is the one in Hadley Mass theyre great, drive through is always long but the real issue is their drive through access was poorly implemented

Says open till 7:30pm went there before this time and they said they closed at 7. Either employee was lying or store should put correct hours either way drove there for nothing

Usually busy. I would recommend using mobile order through the starbucks app. But, I have everyone here very nice, friendly and helpful.

Been going here since Borders closed and plan in being here till it closes. I goto other coffee places but at the Holyoke mall, I go here. Prices are typical for what you get. There almost always seems to be a line. Getting a reusable cup or mug saves you ten cents worth every visit. Payment and tips can be done either in person or with the app.

Was great but needs more tables to sit specially on weekends gets busy

It would be a great place if it wasnt for the indecisive customers who apparently had never been in a Starbucks. Staff was excellent and efficient.

Wish you guys could deliver at the holyoke mall to the workers would make sooo much money as many of us cant leave the store with one person but love this place regardless♥️

The Starbucks at Barnes & Nobel is relaxing. Their Tomato Basil soup was excellent.

Same quality of food and drinks a any other Starbucks but the employees are nice enough to serve Skittle extra on small requests to add on to your drinks

Workers decide to close too early starbucks at Holyoke mall in mass. on Saturday 12-29-18 at 9:08 pm, a new guy told me registers are closed because holiday hours end it, and that they are back to normal hours, but he doesn’t know normal closing time is at 9:30pm

Its very convenient to have a Starbucks right there on store level in the mall. it offers a chance to get off your feet and revive with a coffee beverage. then, what else, MOOOORE SHOPPING!!! yaaaay!!

Great service! The tables are frequently dirty, but I guess its understandable with the non-stop traffic there.

The coffee sells itself. It is nice when the baristas get the order right. Most of the time I get my coffee at Barnes and Noble because I get a discount. The coffee at starbucks is just getting more and more expensive. I cant afford it most days and now I only buy it on a wkend day or holiday.

Its no Dunkin Donuts, but its the only coffee shop in the mall. Kinda cluttered an messy with all the merchandise and the counter for the cream & sugar is always sticky.

Drink was excellent. Dont remember what it was, but wayyy too expensive.
