These 4 stars are for the current Fall 2021 pharmacists and most of the pharmacy staff I have interacted with. Walgreens, you are so lucky to have these people. They are sweet, patient, professional and have made me comfortable in the most difficult of circumstances. Willing to answer questions. The chain itself and the app lost one whole star for their system - it is ridiculous. One star for how confusing and worthless their website and app is. But I will remain loyal if they keep the staff they have now.
I usually love Walgreens. This one is garbage. The beverage refrigerators have been down for like 6 months. Management must not care. The store makes Holyoke look bad. Gettem outta here. I literally walked in the door today to buy a redbull so I can get juiced out of my mind before work. Coolers are still down. Oh nice. I dont know why I bothered. There are many other stores in the area. Dont waste your time.
I wouldn’t recommend them they refused service for WesternUnion to me for no reason one store employee told me they didn’t have the 50$ I was trying to pick up and when I called back to the manager to complain they told me it was because the computer was down mind you I called beforehand to ask about using WesternUnion there I spent 14$ on a Uber there and back just for that I feel disrespected
Go here if you enjoy snarky pharmacy techs / uninformed & defensive pharmacists.They are required to sign a form stating that they have reviewed COVID vaccine information with you before the shot, the signed it but when brought to their attention that they didn’t go over anything with me they didn’t even know they were supposed to. On my second dose I accidentally took ibuprofen before so I called to reschedule as the CDC’s website, Advil’s website and just about everywhere else says explicitly that they recommend you DO NOT get the vaccine after taking anti-inflammatory meds... the pharmacist said it was fine and didn’t seem to know. The next day I came in and told the other pharmacist and he got defensive and said “well that’s all just THEORETICAL do it doesn’t really make a difference” ... as I waited for the vaccine I over heard 2 separate employees in the pharmacy treating customers with contempt. I will take my business elsewhere as I don’t trust this pharmacy to make sound decisions regarding the health of their customers.

I go here about 3 times a week to drop off fed-ex, and its so handy to be a able to pick up a few things at the same time. The staff is very nice, I am particularly impressed with how the young people at the check out deal with different or difficult customers calmly. Note to management: If you had someone pick up the trash in the parking lot, and along the perimeter, several times a week, it would provide a better experience for the customer.
Wonderful experience and the staff is very knowledgeable about just about everything!!! Great shopping experience, I recommended this store to all of my friends!!
There’s like 2 people there who know how to talk to customers. The rest need help on how to talk to people. Really not that hard and the manager sucks with helping.
Local store with a fantastic staff. The majority of my business goes to the photo department. Posters, prints, cards,and brochures are of the best quality.
I have been getting my scripts filled here for many years but now they have begun adopting the same ridiculous practices that I left CVS over. I am handicapped and must rely on my daughter to pick up my prescriptions. She does not live close by and leads a busy life so I must try to get my scripts on her schedule. Although 2 of my scripts were filled 28 days ago Walgreens wouldnt fill them saying that it was MY INSURANCE CO. that refused to fill them. It was because I couldnt get them picked up until 30 days ago and it is now Walgreens POLICY ! I hate businesses that lie to their customers.They have lost my business. You should also try to stay away from the chain pharmacies because they dont care about you.
Went for my flu shot, short wait time, very competent and friendly staff in the pharmacy. If more stars were possible, they would have them!
As far as Walgreens go, this one takes the cake. Quality customer service and good prices really make this a worthy stop on your tour of all the Walgreens locations in Western Massachusetts.
Inside service is good, sometimes there is a lineup at the cashier, pharmacy inside overall service moves at normal pace,, the whole store is well stock, outside drive trough pharmacy...it is a gamble depends who is at the window... On 5/13/19 in the afternoon it broke a record waiting for service ...bad day ..3 cars in front of me ...10 minutes or plus per car.....Motor Veh.Reg.. service is faster...Time to go inside...LOl..
The end of aisle always has clearence stuff found some really great deals. Friendly customer service. Always like their prices.

Will never go to Walgreens EVER again . I will be getting all my medications to CVS from now on. Earlier in the day, I went to my regular Walgreens location. Since it’s a new year, I had to wait for the Prior approval for my doctor to refil my medicine. After about an hour of waiting, the prior approval went through but unfortunately my regular store was out of stock .. so they sent me to Holyoke location because they were the only ones in the area that had the medication in stock . Well, I got there & waited in line for about five minutes. The three girls that were working all looked at me and ignored me . Finally, this technician waited on me who had no personality whatsoever. She told me it’s only going to be about 10 minutes so I walked around the store . After about 15 minutes, I heard my name on the intercom ..I went to the pharmacy & the pharmacist told me she cant not fill my medicine because she has to call & verify with my doctor in the morning ..? I don’t understand what she wanted to verify ? it made me feel like she thought I wrote the prescription myself or something .I’ve been getting this medicine for years .I explained to her that he just verified & sent the prior approval over . I was extremely frustrated so I just took the prescription back and went to CVS . CVS filled it right away and I only waited 10 minutes . Thank you cvs :)

Went to have blood pressure check they were wonderful
No customer service. Rude lady wouldnt help with me with printing some picture off my phone. I went to a different Walgreen and got my pictures printed in 5 minutes. I rather drive half an hour to a more friendly environment than deal with this mean lady. Worst customer service ever.
Charloltte was very helpful when I was scrambling around to get my photo Christmas cards sent out on time! I just wanted to thank her for going out of her way :)

Awful customer service, rude check out person. Did not have normal social skills, could neither greet nor thank us. Failed to ring half of our order and once she rang the rest of the items failed to ask for our Walgreens card. Northampton is so much better. That is the only store I will patronize.
