All hail, Spirit Halloween store!

All types of costumes for the entire family! Many accessories to boot! Located temporarily inside the Holyoke mall!

Had to leave within 5 minutes due to how loud it was . Volume was on max and way too loud along with the different displays also making noise. It made it very hard to concentrate enough to shop due to the speakers right by your head blasting music.

Would have liked to enter the store but was turned away an hour and a half before their posted closing time. Not cool, please update your closing time if you close at 8pm now.

Unprofessional staff and managers.

Employees were nice. I guess its a little bit expensive but if you want good qualify then if it has to bee expensive? Workers were nice and animatronics were horrifying

Besides lack of costumes place had a rude register person named Kevin who wouldn’t allow us to use coupon . Even though a kinder register person told him that it was okay she was great her name was Alonza.

Its pricier than Walmart but a bigger selection of Halloween costumes, makeup, and props. They have small to big props for your yard. Theyre neat looking. The problem is what to do with it the other 11 months, but hey if thats what yous likes thats what yous likes. Meow MF

Last year on November 1st I was at this spirit halloween store a little before they opened to be sure to pick up 2 for machine at 50% discount. They had put all the fog machine in storage so they were not available. I stopped by the day before to make sure they had fog machines left, they had a WHOLE WALL OF THEM. I asked an employee what was the deal when I saw a bare wall on November 1st and the employee told me the store would lose too much money selling certain items at that discount so they were put in storage after closing on halloween. Keep your eyes open.
