Great customer service! I ruined my sons baseball hat and they worked with me to customize a new one that my son loves more than the one that I ruined. They work together there as a team and I will definitely be going back. They do a lot more than sell hats and shirts, they will customize any hat or shirt with your favorite teams logo or your favorite team players signature. Great gift ideas for all sports fans.

What started off as a simple purchase turned into an awful customer service experience. I purchased a Jersey and was convinced to get a signature embroidered on it. Which I thought was awesome. The sales associate said itll only take a little bit. Needless to say it took an hour, time is valuable....

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, Dropped off a hat to get embroidered, simple logo in the right file format. Was told it would take two days, one week later hat still not done and the staff could not tell me why...Go to a real embroidery company

Ordered a hat to get shipped to the store, they called and confirmed it was there so I went when I got out of classes, only to wait for them to get off break then look for 20 minutes and tell me that I was wrong that it wasnt in store. Called corporate after I left the mall to find out that they did have it, they just didnt know where they put it. Its nice dealing with such competent people all the time, I wont go to Lids anymore Ill get my snap backs from Champs from now on. Way to lose a customer Lids. (Wouldve given no stars if it was an option)

Store hours are posted 10am-9pm weekdays. It’s Thursday morning 10:50am and still no sign of employee’s
