This used to be my go to store for all my bras and panties. Recently I bought a bra and the top part of the cup is folding over. I had the girl at the store fit me, so I know that its the right size. You cant return it after youve worn it. Which is understandable but I did contact the company about their lace panties and they wanted me to do through hoops to get a new pair. Im not going through that again and will not buy from this company again.

Absolutely love the store, only store I get my bras from. Staff is so sweet and accommodating! High quality product that is worth the price ( can only buy a couple at a time due to high prices but what can you do)

Sales woman spent a great deal of time helping with my purchase. She was very knowledgeable about all the products and even assisted with an online order for me when my exact size wasn’t available at the store. Would highly recommend this store!

Great customer service and great deals

I went in for a fitting because Ive been needing a larger bra since one side has gotten larger than the other. The woman who assisted me was really rather rude, silently taking my measurements incorrectly with loose measuring tape and then in the end didnt tell me measurements at all, only we dont carry your size. Im currently in a 32DD, how does a store claiming to carry 36C-48DDD NOT have my size?She then went on to tell me I needed to fit to the smaller boob, which completely contradicts what anyone will ever tell you about wearing bras anywhere else, and even went on to tell me that I should get a cotton bra because cotton bras will stretch to fit any size. I was ready to leave because it was clear the staff here do not know their product, but to top it off she then proceeded to try and push me to purchase jewelry from them.Going here is a waste of time if you want staff that is knowledgeable.
