Worst experience ever with Uhaul. Moved from out of state, received free storage unit with rental that wasnt big enough to start. Corrected storage unit size, then got locked on dock while unloading truck into storage. We had to leave our stuff on dock, cause staff convinced us to turn truck in and put all of our stuff on dock. Our unit was on the 4th floor and they closed on us, told us we had to leave. The elevator was turned off, and we was forced to leave a lot of our stuff on the dock overnight. Of course we was robbed, and they got it on tape and kindly asked the thief to return the stuff, but we only got back what the person decided they would give back, and told there was nothing else they could do. They refused to cooperate or accommodate any of our losses, said it was our fault and they werent responsible. We lost a lot of valuable things, that they could clearly see the thief stole, because our stuff was literally in clear view of 3 cameras and manager admitted seeing everything taking and that he do not bring it all back. During a pandemic, after making a long move...worst life experience.
The staff are helpful and efficient, the store is extraordinarily clean, easy to navigate, and well stocked with an impressive array of moving supplies. It is easy to find and customer parking is not particularly stressful (important to me given the size of my truck) Couldnt be more pleased.
Easy access to storage with elevator and moving equipment. Also the pull in garage is very convenient to load or offload cargo.

Nice storage unit but for what I pay $152.00a month not happy about lights going out after being in storage for 15 minutes
What a disaster! We reserved two ubox units and this location didn’t have them. So we had to pack everything (a truck, trailer, and 2 cars) into the display ubox. The new employee didn’t know how to help us so he left us to attend to other customers. Nobody knows what they’re doing, what their inventory is. It was an absolute disaster. The manager had to come save us, on his day off. And problem solve the situation. We are still receiving phone calls and charges about the trailer that we dropped off that was ATTACHED to the truck.....

Me and my wife rent from here a lot to move stuff for our business as well as personal stuff like the staff but at times there are only one person checking out and there is a line a little bit of a wait at times other than that very good place.
They are some rascals I put gasoline in the truck and it says to leave it down the line. They charged me $ 45.00 for that instead of trying to get me. After the manager is an inhuman and did not want to negotiate anything.

The hospitality that the Uhaul truckCompany give you is great and they treated me with respect and they also always have my truck available and every time I get a truck its a new host and respect.
The manager here is awesome, but, it is a corporation so alot of things are done by the book. Overall it is definitely a safe place to store your stuff especially for holyoke.
Trucks and vans are available within short notice and staff are informative and courteous.

I have had a unit here for several years. The staff is unfailingly friendly and helpful. They have storage units you have to climb a ladder to get to. This is very inconvenient, but they are also far and away the cheapest storage units in the area, so if you only need to access them infrequently it could be worth the inconvenience.
