I called Anchor River Appliance and my refrigerator was repaired as scheduled. Very professional, clean and courteous.

I typically only focus on doing positive reviews. However in this case I wish there was a way of issuing more of a caution than one star. I called the owner; Mike out to my home to hopefully fix our newer LG refrigerator explaining that it went out a week after a power surge. His unprofessionalism was mind boggling. He dropped numerous F bombs with my wife and 11 year old daughter doing home schooling in the room. They ended up leaving the room and honestly I am angry with myself for not throwing him out at this point. After about 30 minutes he had accomplished nothing more than removing 4 screws from the circuit board cover on the back of the refrigerator. He then states to me the circuit board has hundreds of wires on the back of the circuit board and he was not sure if that was the problem. This is when he informs me that he is NOT CERTIFIED TO WORK ON LG PRODUCTS and not familiar with them at all. He then states that he will do some research on getting a new circuit board and get back to me. Not only does he not get back to be but he does not return my attempted phone calls to him. Finally I go online and purchase the circuit board myself for $220 dollars. Thinking that there would be 100s of wires behind the circuit board I was nervous—thinking it was out of my league. Turns out he was completely full of it. There are 5 harness plugs on the front and nothing on the back. Took 10 minutes to replace. I was willing to let everything go at this point thinking that I would never hear from him again. I was wrong, 3 weeks after him coming to my house and fixing nothing he sends me a $200 service bill. I called him directly this time he answered. When I stated my issues he went off on how he was going to lien my house. This was followed up with email for lien fees. I have since paid his $200 which he did not earn. However I will make sure to share this experience in the hopes of saving others.Not sure of his qualifications on other repairs but this is why Amazon sells repair parts and good appliance repair people are hard to locate...

Excellent service. Mike is very experienced and knew exactly how to fix our Jenn Air cook top and our Maytag wall ovens. I highly recommend Anchor River Appliance Repair.

No show, no call. Then when I did finally connect with him an hour and a half after scheduled appointment, he had some lame excuse and offered no apology.
