Excellent customer service

Terrible experience with the excuse of a company. 2 no shows 2 days in a row for installation. Main office claims installation tech showed up yesterday and left a door tag (he didn’t) local office says he never showed up. Didn’t come today either. If I wanted to entertain my self with such comedies I would go to the circus

I bought a iphone 10 . within a month I paid off phone.still being billed monthly for phonei also made the mistake of upgrading to more mega bytes ( not sure of right term) didn’t realize that was also more monthly, going to check out at&t my old service and see what the difference is2 star rating
