AWFUL! when i first ordered my matress i spoke to amanda who told me she couldnt deliver my matress on the weekened so i took a day off work and stayed home to wait on the matress to arrive the matress never arrived so i called back and amanda whos very rude told me she called me several times (she did not) she told me she would ask a manager to deliver it on the weekened now i spoke to manager who was also not the kindest. The mattress was delivered and its a great mattress however since then they show up to my house un announced twice. The first time they said it was because i missed a payment and they called me again i had no phone calls no one called me. Also when they showed up for one 28 dollar missed payment the showed up during a pandemic with out mask on AT MY HOME WHERE MY FIVE CHILDREN LIVE. The second time they come out the weakened of 2/5 the again show up unannounced they again claim to have called me when they again did not call me even once apparently the just enjoy ruining peoples days off by showing up to your house again. This time they claim ive missed the week priors payment and this current week so moved money to the account and they charged me $50. Later that day i looked at my bank stubs and noticed i NEVER MISSED A SINGLE PAYMENT AND I DIDNT OWE THEM FOR THE WEEK PRIOR. so why was i charged $50 ? well i called to find out and i spoke to a very polite man by the name of jonathan he told me he would look into it he reviewed my account and says on their end it shows i did miss a payment and he would have a manager talk to me well the manager i guess didnt care to talk to me and told him to tell me just to bring in my bank statements to prove the over payment. Now im fine with the overpayment as long as it applied to my account which apparently it is not since they can not see it . WHich is off because its automatic billing so youd assume that information would be there. Overall i think they have a few good employees but management is AWFUL UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE as welll as amanda with her bad communications skills and poor attitude. Whats very upsetting is that it appears there are SEVERAL reviews complaining about the same things im complaining about and cooperate has done nothing to remove these employees. When i first received my matters i was telling people i knew to use RAC if they where unable to purchase a product out right at full price now i tell everyone to save the money and buy it out right yall are a joke and its very unfortunate

Got my new sofa set it’s absolutely my favorite color for my living room and arrive on time. this location has the best customer services everything there is sweet nice comfortable they make you feel at home .Ms Jenny is very friendly very polite she explains every detail of the sale . Amanda has horrible customer service, if she’s been there for more than a year she’s gotten to comfortable with her job the amount of unprofessionalism was insane, do better.

Terrible service my wife and I walked in we were looking for a room set and no one even gave us a good afternoon. There was no one at the counter and they didnt even ask us what we were looking for. Fatal service. As if no one had come through the door.
