EXTREMELY HORRIBLE!!!, I walked into the store with lots of money to spend and I asked some fat Spanish lady a simple question about a product. she told me I needed a cosmetology License (which I told her perfectly fine I have and that I was coming back with my License). So I kept looking for a quick second until she told me I couldn’t buy anything there without my cosmetology license and that they aren’t open to the public. And I said oh okay don’t worry I won’t be shopping here no more. Nah never again. They lost a good client and money.

I wouldnt have the slightest idea, because I never been there.

Open until 6pm? Arrived at 5:50pm for a last minute need, wouldve taken not even five minutes in and out. Extremely surprised that corporate allows this unprofessionalism.

You need a license to shop here but it has good selection and prices

HORRIBLE experience. This store should NOT REMAIN IN BUSINESS for too long. THEY DESERVE A NEGATIVE STAR but there is no option available. As a cosmetology student at Robert Morgan Ed. Ctr. I went to this store for the 1st time to look for supplies. I was accompanied by my husband. A young male Staff member approached us & told us the store only caters to licensed professionals. I told him I was a Cosmetology student & he asked me for ID. I gave him my student Id and after reviewing it, he said that HE COULD NOT ACCEPT MY SCHOOL ID BECAUSE IT ONLY ID ME AS A STUDENT but, it did not id me as a Cosmetology student and he needed more proof. I suggested that he could call the school and verify my registration. He said he could not do that. He told me I needed to provide PROOF of my Cosmetology student status. I told him I could return later with the copy of my registration in the program and he said that was OK. In the meantime I wanted to browse the store to get an idea of what they have available to spend less time later when I planned to return with my registration. The young staff member told me that TO BE IN THE STORE YOU NEED TO FIRST PROVIDE POSITIVE ID OF YOUR COSMETOLOGY STUDENT STATUS AND I NEEDED TO EXIT THE STORE. It was a HUMILIATING EXPERIENCE.I will never return to this store. IN CONTRAST, I also visited another store: SALON CENTRIC located in Cutler Ridge, US1 and it was a completely different experience. They look at my student ID card and my driver license, they verified my student status by calling the school and without any problems they opened an account under my name. I SPENT $485.00 IMMEDIATELY AT SALON CENTRIC (Great people). Later the same day I also visited SALLY Beauty Supply (they cater to everyone) in Homestead. I told them I was a Cosmetology student. They asked for my student Id and immediately opened a Student account which gave me extra savings in my purchases for the day. Cosmoprof should NOT REMAIN IN BUSINESS for too long. THEY DESERVE A NEGATIVE STAR.

Despite the negative feedback for this store, I personally went there and I can attest with the utmost certainty that the ladies there will personally see to it that youll have what you need. Theyre respectful and patient with customers. If they dont have what youre looking for, just go somewhere else.

Well as I read the reviews I totally have the opposite they were extremely nice to me in fact they had a lot of patience with me she help me with the make up I took like 2 hours and she even helped me I believe that she was a manager. two week prior to that another employee help me

The absolute worst customer service! Twice I went to the homestead location and they were extremely rude. Today I went to puchase hair color, which was marked on sale. When I questioned it at the register they said its for December. Then argued with me over the day, with such attitude. Still 2 days before Dec. I left and will take my business to salon centric. On a previous visit, I was asked if I was buying anything because they were closing. How about when I walked in let me know you are closing soon, not after I have been in there shopping. Just rude!! Im done!

The cashiers/sales associates were friendly and checked the prices of many items for me. (Clearance) Prices Are great here.

This place sucks !, fat spanish Woman at the cashier is rude !, Wanted to buy some clippers and she told me as soon as I walked in that its only for barbers with license, which I already have !?, To judgemental without asking questions, they need new staff quickly
