I came in there desperate for a new mattress, my old one was killing me but was on a budget. I got there five minutes before they came and was there well beyond the closing time. Zaki welcomed me in and did not show any pettiness for me walking in close to closing. I told him I had a budget and was desperate. ZAKI WAS AMAZING AT TAKING HIS TIME AT LISTENING AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY CONCERNS. My first time buying a mattress with this company and I loved it, now that’s something worth taking a well needed rest!.

I’m so happy my husband and I bought our mattress at this store! Daniel was very welcoming, patient answering all of our questions and was honest. Every time you encounter salesmen, you don’t necessarily expect truth without an alternative motive but Daniel has been the exception in our case. He was honest about prices, expectations and options and that persuaded us to spend a pretty penny there! Couldn’t recommend this location enough!

Not only did I leave an unsatisfying review. They deleted it after 20 minutes... Ill keep posting about it....My husband and I came in today to buy a new mattress. We were instantly greeted by Philip. He did an amazing job pinpointing out our needs and lead us to the mattress of our dreams. Philip went above and beyond our expectations when handling the nitty gritty of making this purchase. Unfortunately, we are giving this corporation and specific location a one star review because the two hours we spent there the internet was not working properly or at a speed of convenience. During the short time frame of finalizing our sale, the mattress was sold at another location... after great effort and lengths we sadly left empty handed and extremely disappointed.

I call for directions and hours and Mercedes answered the phone and was so friendly and courteous that I wanted to visit the store. I did visited and Mercedes was the sell person and we wasn’t disappointed. She was friendly, communicative, helpful and professional. We like the fact she was not pushy and took time with us. We went in looking to buy a queen mattress. But she was so pleasant we ended u buying a King set also.

Went into the store with the purpose of buying a bed, I can’t even remember if I was greeted because the person there (light skinned with big hair / Afro) just sat there the whole time on his phone. Did not get up to greet us, did not ask if we needed assistance, did not bother to do anything. I felt like I was there alone and he was just the security guard on post. Obviously I left after having no guidance. Will not be coming back here, will not recommend it; instead I will let my friends and family know this is not the place where they want to go buy a bed.

We just purchased a bed from Mattress Firm and I have never slept so well! The salesman was not pushing and allowed us to take our time. However, at the end of the sale some information was not disclosed. I did not want a credit card for my financing, which I was not told, but in the end- who can beat 0% financing?!?! I love my bed!

Being a customer whose had the same mattress for 8 years, it was time for me to visit Mattress Firm. By fault of my own, I ended up at a different store. I called Mattress Firm and spoke to the manager named Vondrell, who quickly and efficiently guided me right to Mattress Firm. From the moment I entered this store until I left, I felt like I was the only customer there. I immediately knew Vondrell was the manager because I felt very important to this business the entire time. I felt my business was appreciated, and everything I thought I needed was handled with very sincere consideration. Vondrell and staff were always very polite, the shopping experience was very enjoyable because you knew you were being provided a service and not just sold a product, but that someone was taking care of a very important aspect of your life, helping you sleep better. I would recommend everyone to come here and replace their beds. I have not even one negative criticism of my experience there. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and like their beds, very comfortable! 5/5 PERFECT!
