I experienced good customer service 2 years ago but my last couple visits have been bad. I left my car at 8:30 a.m. on 3/23/15 with a guy in dread locks. I was told it would only take 3 hours. I left the car and expected a call when the car was done. I never got a call back so I showed up at the shop at 4:30 p.m. I found out no one even started working on it. I picked the car up and am not returning there again. The customer service that I appreciated in the past is no longer there.
