Very clean and organized. In a great location. Very helpful and kind staff. My only advise would be to have some sort of prior knowledge of information about what kind of products you plan to get just to make the most informed decision. I wouldnt heavily rely on the sales employees if you desire a more personal educated accurate experience. My opinion not just with this store in particular but any establishment where youre purchasing products.

This location is very spacious. They have all your hair care and make up needs. The staff is always eager that help and very knowledgeable about the store. I always have a good experience when I come here.

Bought some nail polish, Zoya, A friend recommended, since I have chemicals allergies and sensibility to odors. I havent able to paint my nails in 8 years. I hope I be able to use it.Anyhow, the staff at Ulta was very helpful and super friendly. I recommend this place.👍🏽😃

The store is lovely! It has the only Tree Hut products anywhere. I like the luscious sugar scrubs. The only negative was the staff could be a bit more helpful and friendlier.

I walked in looking to replenish on my Pacifica Products as well as get some more info on the Mac Products. The employees were very helpful, Especially Alysha, she answered a lot of my question regarding makeup for my sensitive skin & eyes to the best of her knowledge. You can tell she loves what she does. I was extremely pleased with my visit and my boyfriend wasnt annoyed with my additional spending lol,.. Thanks I will be back.

I went in to the store an asked Eileen for help and she kindly said “okay give me one second while I take this to the back” 15 minutes later she was in at the cash register organizing some products(not chasing out a huge line). I would expect a better customer service, the store was completely empty with one other customer and one other employee. 15 minutes was more than enough of her time that I need. We go in looking to try out the best new products out on the market and unfortunately I came out empty handed because even when I was by the door (that is next to the cash register) she didn’t even tried to acknowledge me and apologize.

Ive been going to my stylist Gaby at Ulta Salon over a year now ever since they were at Southland Mall. She is absolutely amazing!! Shes knowledgeable, personable and knows her stuff. She saved my hair on my first visit and leaves it amazingly smooth, healthy and perfect each appointment. I love Ulta salon and Ive returned ever since. They have reasonable prices and services. She is my go to stylist and theres no other!

I have been to this store several times. I usually have to walk around the store in order to find someone to assist me. Today i went in and Jessica immediately approached me. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me purchase everything that I was looking for and more.

No one greeted me when I entered the store, so I greeted them instead. Still nothing. No one asked me if I needed help, which I did. I didn’t even bother asking, I just found the closest thing to what I needed and left. I miss the cutler bay location, much friendlier people.

Super disorganized haircut system... Had an 11 30 and a 12 appointment. Still waiting at 1220 for the first one. I hope they get it figured out because I like the locationADD: they did a great job though.

I set a hair appt to get a blow out and Virgina was amazing! She really took her time and was such a pleasure to talk to. I will be going back to her for now on for all of my hair needs including a conditioning soon:) she was just incredible!

Best store ever

I stopped by the hair salon last night to see if there were any cancellations for a cut and blow dry. There were not, but the receptionist offered to make an appointment for today. I needed an appointment after 5 pm and they said they had one available at 8 pm. My hair is long (below my bra line) and I was hoping for a LOB (long bob) and asked if there would be enough time with an 8 pm appt. She said yes. I showed up for the appt. tonight 15 minutes early and the receptionist and stylist were both at the register. The stylist said Well, youre early, so you can shop around if you want and Ill call you when Im ready. I had shopped the night before, but understood I was early so I wandered around...and around. Every area, every aisle. I watched the receptionist leave about 8:15. I wandered back toward the salon and saw the stylist still working on a client. I made sure she saw me and I then sat in the waiting area. I wasnt angry, I understand things happen, but I didnt want her to forget I existed. By 8:30, I was getting apprehensive. In addition to it being a pretty drastic cut for me, I didnt want a rush job through no fault of my own. I assume they stay past 9 if they arent done?? I would have asked somebody or talked to somebody, but there was no one to ask. Between 8:35 and 8:40, there was movement at the register and I turned from the waiting chair and looked and it was the stylist. I had to ask HER if we needed to reschedule. She says do you want to? and I said I dont want it to be in a rush and she says okay, lets reschedule. Seriously, I get it, things happen and you run late, but Im sure SHE had an idea when I checked in how late she was running - why not tell me then? Why make me wait 50-55 minutes and then its ME who had to ask if we needed to reschedule? I wasnt angry there, but as I left, I became angry and decided to leave this review to share my experience. Sorry to say, Ill find somewhere else to spend my $$.

Alyasha really helped us tonight. We went in almost desperate, the makeup artist I had scheduled had cancelled last minute and my daughter had JROTC Ball to attend in an hour! Alyasha was due to clock out in less 30 minutes and she took us anyway! She was patient did exactly as I had wished and I was so happy with the results. I can tell she really took pride in her work and cared deeply for her customers. Thank you for the refreshing customer service and going the extra mile!

Went Christmas shopping for the wife. She wanted some Clinique products. Had a sales associate by the name of Nadia (sp ?) who was exceptional at her job. Was very informative,helpful and patient due to my incompetence about makeup..lolol..She made the whole experience a pleasant one.

Extremely disappointed with the staff who was unhelpful in assisting me with solving account issues. When asked if I could just make a new account I was told I couldn’t because she would need the email (which I was capable of telling her) and dismissed me

I came up from the keys to run errands and decided to get my hair cut at Ulta in Homestead. Mirtha greeted me and there was obviously a language barrier but I wrote down my info for her and she called me right back. I don’t know what she used but my hair felt SO CLEAN after she washed and conditioned it, then she used Redkin 25 which is obviously magic in a bottle. The tricky part was showing her what I wanted done with my hair but with google translate and a google search for “Reese Witherspoon swoopy bangs” she gave me an absolutely perfect haircut. I swear she styled me on Wednesday and it’s Friday and my hair still looks when I left the salon. Mirtha, I will definitely be back even though it’s a two hour drive!Google translated:Salí de las llaves para hacer recados y decidí cortarme el pelo en Ulta en Homestead. Mirtha me saludó y obviamente había una barrera de idioma, pero escribí mi información y me devolvió la llamada. I went to this Ulta just once and I really couldnt understand why some products are more expensive than in other places, I was looking for Loreal vitamino color A-OX mask hair 8.4fl.oz which costs in every place( other Ulta and online) between $23 to $26 and here the price is $40!!!!!
