The icecream was amazing; it was creamy, sweet, slightly thick and savory. The only downside was that the line was extremely long due to the fact that the ice-cream is ultra desirable. But then again, I only came with 26 people. Check it out if you’re in town. You won’t be disappointed.

This has to be one of my favorite spots to get a tasteful sweet treat. I NEVER LEAVE DISAPPOINTED EVER!! The paletas & ice cream are homemade and delicious, their Horchata is to die for. All very affordable. Remember to bring ONLY CASH.

This place is amazing. We are from Oregon and I have never seen this many flavors and variety of Michoacana popsicles. Really friendly staff, we had lots of samples of new flavors and settled on some of the best ice cream we have ever had. This is not just another google review, this is in my top 10 favorite places.

Its a nice place to get some natural juice, ice cream and some other treats/snacks. Tourism and time has caused the prices to hike up so i certainly dont go as often. Nice for the family or date night treats. Parking sucks during peak hours. CASH ONLY

My opinion this is the best ice cream place around, all their ice cream is homemade and always taste very fresh. They also have fruity stuff and a whole aray of things on the menu, I have personally only bought the ice cream though so I can not speak about all the other things. You should come check it out for yourself, Im pretty sure you will not be disappointed.

My reviews are in 2 languages in order to reach people that speak different languages.English: This is my favorite and only place I buy artisan style ice cream, you should only bring cash. There is an extreme variety of flavors and the prices are amazing. The people are very nice and go above and beyond to help you. I have been going there for years, I recommend the elote (corn, cheese, lemon, chili in a cup). I recommend for ice cream flavors the Nanche (has Nanche seeds), grape and cream, tequila, bubble gum. They also make custom orders depending on what things you like you can always remove things in the order or add. Another favorite is the cheese fries with melted cheese on top. I wish there was more places like these.Spanish: Este es mí lugar favorito y el único lugar donde compro helado artesanal, tendrían que traer solo billetes. Hay una variedad extrema de sabores y los precios son buenísimos. La gente es muy amable y van más haya para ayudarte. Yo e ido ahí por años y recomiendo el elote (choclo, queso, limón, chili en un vaso). Recomiendo para los helados Nanche (tiene semillas de Nanche), uva y crema, tequila, chicle. This place is to go to for their fresh waters ..... You cant beat $3 for the large cup of fresh fruit Waters no added sugars no added preservatives no added anything. I have always gotten the half mamey half coconut water. They also have a lot of other Mexican treats like corn in a cup... nachos jalapeno and cheese.. ice creams on a cone... ice creams on a stick ...fruits with cream on them.... Everything is under 6 dollars and delicious!

La Michoacana is piece of Mexico in the middle of Homestead. They have a wide variety of ice creams, desserts, shakes, sherbets and typical appetizers. I especially like the fruit flavored ice creams like mango, mamey, guanabana, coconut, strawberry and kiwis. You bite chunks of fruit in every bite. Prices are extremely reasonable, but they only accept cash. If you buy 10 popsicles you get one free. You cannot beat that deal.

Omg, legit. Ive been to Mexico and lived in San Antonio, Austin, and Los Angeles. This was the real deal. Cash only and a beautiful town square to walk or sit in with your paletas, or elotes, or other fun snack. Take a number and wait to be called. ATM inside -life saver.

First and last time coming here. Total rip off! Bought a $7 Mangonada and was very disappointed. It was more Chamoy than Mango. They are ripping people off serving hard and unripe mango pieces in the drink. Never again!

La Michoacana always has the best ice cream and this location is no exception. They have a good number system for when it gets busy and things move quickly. Staff is very friendly. Very good Mexican Artisan ice creams. Many Delicious flavors, a lot combinations of fruits . In addition they also have a big combinations of Mexican popular ice cream such as Strawberry with cream, rice with milk, Dulce de Leche, Plums and milk and so on. The prices of the ice creams is very good. This is an Small business that need to have the support of Homestead community.The outside area of the Paleteria need to have a deep clean and more maintenance because clients /Kids need to have a clean area to eat the ice cream/ Paletas.

Awesome ice cream as usual in every michoacana, but no place to seat. If you are up to to go, go for it. Nice quiet park across the street for you to seat and relax and enjoy this heavenly delicious ice cream.

This was a great gem to find while on vacation. I had a craving for sandia frescas. I found this place while driving from the keys. I also had the nachos Supreme, it was loaded. This place was charming and reminded me of being a kid and ordering after school snacks from my home town. My friends totally regretted not getting agua frescas after they tasting the sandia.

You have got to make this a stop if you are ever in Homestead! Three scoops of homemade ice cream on a waffle cone for $3. This is a cash only establishment and is usually packed but dont miss out... stop by and give it a try. The pineapple, mango, coconut combo is my favorite.

This place is right next to the townhall building down in Homestead. But the strip its located on is kinda sketchy. Dont let that deter you. There is some amazing stuff inside this little place. There are tons of ice cream flavors to try and they make paletas as well. There are also juices and cut fruits. Very affordable. Just FYI, have cash handy. They do take cards but it seems pretty often theres a problem with their machine.

I wish i would have discovered this fabulous place years ago!

Very unique spot. All homemade ice cream shop with very diverse Mexican influenced flavors. The strawberry and cheese flavor is delicious as is the key lime pie. Cash only and open late. Right across from the homestead town hall which means there are many great places to sit down and enjoy.

So much variety, super nice staff always willing to fulfill your sweet &/or savory needs. I personally love the paletas de fruta (be willing to try different flavors)and the chicharron con todo, The maizito is delish too. Fresas con crema when you need that extra kick of sweet goodness!! If you need a little bit of Mexico and some of its treats, this is the place to be.
