Long lines as usual; 1 person stocking & allegedly No Mgr, when requested by female guest. The Mgr was actually on the POS taking customers but chose NOT to make herself known......this is after the female guest requested a Mgr to open another register. Freight, Freight, Freight

Lines are too long. Need more cashiers

Horrible, the workers are literally offering each other coffee and laughing pretending to work in the isles when one cashier is open. I live close by so I go there often and only 1 cashier has been open and the lines today went all the way to the back of the store due to COVID-19 and again only one cashier. This is not a one time occurence, they need new staff and a whole make over because it’s ridiculous.

To Thalia I keep telling them about Clorox ringing up 2.75. its only 2.25 either they dont care or pocketing the difference. There were 20 customers in line one cashier. Horrible Place please check receipt for fragrance clorox.

I was always a fan of family dollar but now I am a bigger fan because of the app. You can clip coupons and save money on the things you can buy somewhere else but at Family Dollar it will be a fraction of normal pricing. Download the app!

Bought 10 items all expired date went back to exchange items all expired all the way till April 11 2018 todays date is September 12 2018 employees tells me if the expires on the 4th of sempember still good to the 31st i will never shop there again please people look at the dates

Its conveniently close to home and sells toiletries and household items and health and beauty aids as well and shoes and clothing at reasonable prices

The store had everything I needed ! They also have a rewards program that gave me a couple of in-store coupons which took off a couple of bucks .

The cashier was the worst part no smile or help at all just plain rude

Very bad, the services are poorly educated, and if you want to return something they give you a bad attitude. And if you dont take the receipt, they dont change anything even if the product is made by themselves!
