We highly recommend Plant Professionals if youre looking for help redesigning your propertys landscaping. They are professional, responsive, and they provide great customer service. We used them this summer to redesign our front and back yards and it was money well spent. They are not a cheap option, but they provide a high quality product AND high quality service. You certainly get what you pay for.Robby and Tyler responded to our initial inquiry very quickly and promptly booked an initial appointment to discuss the project. They subsequently provided an estimate based on that conversation (they gave us exactly what we asked for). Unfortunately, that was more than we wanted to spend, but they worked with us to lower the cost while giving us a design that still addressed our priorities. In that process, they were great about explaining which items that we should keep in the project and others that could easily be changed. At no point were they pushy about specific items (i.e. needing to buy expensive plants that would push up the price), which is rare in Miami. They kept their word about starting the project in the time frame in which they initially quoted us and regularly followed up with us about the projects status in the weeks in between the time we agreed to go forward and the start date. Their crew began promptly at 7am each morning and put in a full day for each of the three days that they worked on our property. Every member of their team was very nice and respectful. Robby and Tyler dropped by our house twice a day to check on the project and keep us informed about how everything was going. Most importantly, the quality of their work was excellent. Our yard looks fantastic now and we are very happy with everything that they did. The project was an expensive one, but it was worth every penny. In the Miami area, you often deal with shady contractors who dont show up for appointments on time (or at all). Or, they tell you that a project will take three days, then it takes seven or eight because they show up the first day and then disappear for two without a heads up or an explanation why. Or, many contractors dont provide the service or the product that they promised when you hired them. Plant Professionals show up when theyre supposed to and provide the services and the products that they pay them for. Theyre a breath of fresh air.

My husband worked for this company and when he couldn’t go into work because we didn’t have child care for two days. When my husband called to explain Nikki said she would add him to the schedule but never did. I don’t understand we’re in a pandemic and this company is high on morals but after this incounter it’s just shows they don’t have morals at all.

These guys are amazing. Super professional, very knowledgeable in all types of plants, and all kind of conducive environments for all plants to flourish. . I told them what I wanted, then they created it digitally based on their design experience and recommended plants for my area, then brought it to life. I live in a very oak and palm tree heavy area. We planted about 200-250 plants, most of them originally sized smaller, coming to my hips. This allowed me to save a few bucks vs getting what I wanted right away..towering plants.. Today, 1.5 years later, 99.9% of them lived through 2 seasons, and now tower in my front area of our home as I originally wanted. The jungle we visioned is now reality. Highly recommend these guys.

Just to make it clear I have never done business with this company. My issue is they are illegally displaying a water feature image on their website which was constructed by my own company. As a contractor I would never feature work that was not my own on my website. So while Plant Professionals may do a great job with water features just know that some of the images on their website are not their own work.

We have had both very positive and very negative experiences with Plant Professionals, so I hope to provide a balanced, honest review. Unfortunately, it ended on a sour note. We spent over $30,000 with this company in less than 6 months and they dropped our residential service saying they were doubling down on commercial clients, with less than one weeks notice before their next lawn maintenance appointment. This left us to scramble to set up new service with Pink and Green who stepped up in pinch. FYI - Our lawn care service included biweekly mowing and landscape maintenance, plus fertilizing and it was $325 per month. Pink and Green is charging $50-$100 less per month for similar services and they did not see what we were paying Plant Professionals. Their monthly varies because they mow more frequently in the summer months (every 10 days versus every 14 in the winter).Brittany was awesome from a landscape design perspective. She also owned issues with a positive attitude, was easy to reach, responsive, and often worked weekends during the design phase to keep things moving.Lawn care was excellent. Rodney and his team are punctual, hard-working and know what they are doing. They were not on top of pruning or tree trimming and plants were overgrown, but they were great. The office folks were great, too. Payment was easy and they were responsive when we needed them.Tommy was hired at the beginning of our project to help Plant Professionals expand into the irrigation business. He said day 1 that they took pride in not outsourcing. Well, Tommy was very dishonest about everything. He told his company he was showing up and he wasnt doing so. I have Ring cameras and worked from home. He didnt show when he said he did and he didnt stay as long as he told his employer. One day he said he was here 4 hours. He was here for an hour. He told them the new sprinkler system was complete and it wasnt functional. There were PVC pipes and pieces in the yard, and the sprinklers were not turning on. The rust pump was faulty two or three times. In the end, they had to call a subcontractor called Kameleon to fix the work. Needless to say, we still dont have a rain sensor and our sprinkler heads are not tuned. They spray water all over the walkways and the sides of the house. We had to hire someone to add a rain sensor and tune the system. In short, we experienced highs and lows with this company. I dont like the way they decided to cut ties with us. Although we are a residential customer, we spent a large amount of money, paid better than agreed, and were communicative and responsive despite being busy and traveling for work. Mixed feelings and I wish them the best.

Extremely disappointed. Unresponsive and not willing to take responsibility for their mistakes. Lots of talk, promises and stalling tactics, to avoid accountability
