Nice store, great inventory. My only complaint is that a few of the cashiers act like using “tap to pay” is an insult. They don’t understand that a person may not want to physically hand them their card. Technology has advanced for a reason and with times like these, if a person wants to limit human contact it shouldn’t be an issue. I’ve used my phone to pay when Ive had my physical card simply because they would insist on touching my card and inputting it in the machine themselves. Don’t force someone to have contact with you, that’s my only complaint.

Great store with amazing variety of things. Gets 3 stars due to rude employee for first time visit. Asked for help and didn’t even look up to acknowledge I was there. Very distasteful!

Great selection of hair products for straight or natural hair. I like that they have a variety of the big brands and some of the smaller brands that are hard to find.

Every time I go there, they have what I need. Even if an item is out of stock, at least they sell it unlike a lot of these beauty supply stores.

I always go to Jenny Beauty Supply on 181 and Halsted, no one follow you around the store and they are there to help you find whatever you need, I go there at lest three times a week. I recommend them to friends and family.

I was visiting Chicago and went to this beauty place only thing I didnt like were workers were watching peoples like a hawk an also falling peoples around in the store put a bad view in my eyes sights.

They did not have a large selection for my hair color but, I did find a wig I liked but they would not let you try it on

Ive gone to their store for the past 10yrs. Always courteous and has a very adequate supply of products, some I cant find at other stores. Todays visit was really good. Walk in, staff at door, making sure customers are facially covered and directs you to the hand sanitizer station. GREAT as you have to touch the products-way too many things to individually wipe down. Staff is geared up and cleaning up throughout. It feels good to get back to something a little bit routine other than the grocery store. Keep up the good work! Lets all stay healthy during this time.

The store is clean. When you walk in the door there is hand sanitizer sitting on a table for your use. They have a lot of products for hair care, makeup, casual clothes, wigs etc. The staff is friendly and willing to help you find products that you are looking for.

They have a great selection.. But I dont like to be followed in a store. Ill give 3 stars because they have literally everything for your beauty needs but..I dont like to feel as if Im a thief especially when I paid over $100 on items. I get it, people steal but its really unwelcoming to do that.

The old Asian woman with short hair brown eyebrow pencil and heavy eye makeup does not know how to greet and wait on customers. She doesn’t even make eye contact with the people she’s checking out at the register, doesn’t provide the total or anything. Rude, besides that I’ve been going to them since Glenwood beauty supply. Everyone else is courteous and they also sell hard to find hair products.

1st person originally helping me was very helpful another lady kind a stepped in and was at first helpful but then wasnt really listening to what I was saying as far of why I was in there and became more pushy than anything.
