Whats the deal that the employees cant pick up to he phone if assistance is needed they are in the wrong business

No help. I was treated like I dont know whatIm talking about.Very frustrating.

I went to the PCS store for free pit passes to the monster truck show. Jakalyn told me I had to make a purchase in order to get the pit passes. No where on the in-store sign or the website did it say a purchase was necessary. What a rip off. I called the customer service number and they were not helpful. Will not be dealing with them again.
