Got my eyes checked by the optometrist Dr. Montemayor today. He was great. I had to bring my two young children with me and both the doctor and the receptionist were very accommodating.

I called the other day without reading the previous review. I mustve talked to a different person (it has been 3 years so maybe the previous clerk doesnt work there) because the lady I talked to was very helpful, kind and wanted to help me anyway she could.

So so disappointed. I had stopped by to ask about service. Person I spoke with seemed to be bothered by my shear presence. I asked if our insurance was accepted & if eye exams needed an appointment, person answered in an annoyed manner. I had one last question and she asked my if I needed something else, always in an annoyed manner & never putting phone on hold/down. Hardly looked up at me & just seemed like her phone conversation was just more important than new customers. Too bad for them, our son requires new glass($250 +) plus eye exam about every 2 - 3 months. Shall NEVER visit them ever again.
