So sad to do this. But I make an effort to support our local businesses instead of the big box or online stores. I called to check if they had a part in stock. They did. I offered to pay over the phone but was told they could not do that. But they would hold it for me. I sent a family member to pick the part up but they had sold it. The customer service has always been good. What happened? Ill be taking my business somewhere else.

I brought in a roofing screw and said I wanted a box of em and the head for my drill to put them in with. He got them in a minute. Would of took me 30 minutes or more opening boxes and comparing. He seemed happy to do it. The guy outside was friendly saying he hadnt seen me for awhile. Very cheerful. Makes shopping there fun, not frustrating like the big box stores are.

Great small town hardware store. Lot’s of personal attention and one on one help if you need it. I am really surprised how competitive they are on price. Good prices but, It doesnt really matter on price, because the convienence outweighs good price anyways. Thanks Manager Mika for running a great store! This place is my everything “go to” building supply.

The people are helpful and friendly, and knowledgable on many situations you might need supplies for. Prices are decent and selection is great - saves a trip into SA for hardware/lumber supplies.

I move back to San Antonio Texas after serving in USMC over 20 years. We have a small ranch in Hondo and from time to time we need things. I now also run a fenceing business Cedar And Brush Works I do appreciate this local lumber company they have been a great tool in helping me. After meeting Bobby and Randi the rest of the staff they are on point.I can call in find out prices and if they dont have in stock they try to find it and get to there store.Job well done...
