Outstanding and courteous service! I especially appreciate the notary service!

The young guy that works the counter has horrible customer service skills. Not friendly, and slams items on the counter top. The mananger sits in his corner and doesnt even acknowledge customers when they enter.

I went in to the Hondo UPS store for a second time the other day. The first time the guy was unwelcoming and unfriendly, but I blew it off. The second time the young man was not necessarily unfriendly but did not seem happy that I was taking up his time. I was the only one in the store. They also charge for everything. Even a dollar for a small piece of tape. I will not go back.

My family stayed at a nearby hotel and my son left his favorite stuffed animal in the room. We were already home by the time we realized it. Rhett at the UPS Store went above and beyond for us! He actually picked it up from the hotel and had it shipped to us. Thank you so much. Customer service at its finest!! Thanks again Rhett!!!
