As a woman, I hate trying to find a new mechanic that I feel like I can trust and treats me equally. Which is how I ended up pushing off my inspection for two months until I got a mailer from Auto Care Plus with some discounts (which they let you combine and its a great value!!). They got me in quickly, got everything done on time, were flexible with me when I wanted to do a few more maintenance things, patiently answered all my questions. Michelle is a great educator! I cannot say enough good things about them. Theyre so transparent and sent me a full report of the work done and what they recommend next and why (who does that?!). I originally went in for a tail light assembly (much cheaper than Audi Dealer Services) and a serious, dangerous issue was found as part of their complimentary inspection (missed down the street by Valvoline state inspection). Super easy to make an appointment to get my oil changed. I called to schedule and Michelle answered all my questions politely and professionally. I was impressed with the amount of time and effort of all the things they checked on my car besides the oil change. Michelle and Mike were a tremendous help!When I brought in my 2001 V70 wagon a few weeks ago, to check out why the temperature gauge kept “sticking”, Mike gave a complete rundown on what the problem could be. He sent me on my way with the knowledge of what to do if it got “stuck” again, since it seemed to be a random event and I wasn’t ready to “fix” it.Well it happened again on July 3rd but the Check Engine light came on this time.On Monday, July 5, Michelle got me right in and let me know when a loaner would be available. Great guys - wonderful service!!In a dont ever let this happen to you adventure, my brother was driving our car and happened to run over a freshly painted yellow road stripe. We didnt realize this until a few miles later when we stopped for gas. When I saw the yellow on the car, I thought uh oh, this doesnt look good. So I went into the gas station to ask the attendant if he knew what worked to get the paint off. He looked at me with a combination of a Im so sorry for you and a seriously? how did you do that? sort of expression and told us there was a sort of goo... something that worked, he also told us that the paint dries very fast and has rubber in it - very reassuring in a think im gonna be sick sort of way. Do you have any? I asked. No he said.We resorted to Plan B(cause theres always a Plan B right?) - calling my trusty, faithful guys at AutoCare Plus in Manchester to see if they could help. They referred me to the Eurocare Plus team in Hooksett. (I already knew about the great work that they do as they detailed my car earlier in the year). Bring it in they said, I think we can help - well see what we can do. Told them I was still in Plymouth but would be there within the hour.Within the hour we arrived at Euro Care Plus and 30 minutes later we were out the door with no paint left on the car whatsoever. Amazing guys, great work! Told my brother we no longer had to go out of our way to add yellow to our car just so it would match the beautiful fall foliage....Dont ever let this happen to you!

They did a valve cover leak fix on my car and a couple other things I switched shops I go to a Audi place now and they said it was replaced with a cheap aftermarket part they have never seen and it’s already leaking again a year later. Be cautious

They do good work. Careful and ethical. My Volvo s80 was making noises when I drove over bumps. They diagnosed it, provided photos and a report of the worn suspension parts, and did a quick job repairing it. Car runs great now.

Everyone here is extremely friendly. They really care about taking care of their customers and give the best advice based on the vehicle, condition, etc. I’ve been coming here for about 6 months and never a complaint or issue of any kind. Kevin, the store manager, is fabulous! Very knowledgeable, always honest and upfront with assessment of my Volvo. I am always nervous going to a new mechanic for the first time, especially with a brand of car I am not familiar with. This staff is so nice and so knowledgeable! They really helped me understand my car more and they were very honest with what was wrong and what needs to be done. EuroCare Plus in Hooksett, NH is the best place for all your vehicles needs! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile when it comes to customer service. I highly recommend the Pre-purchase Inspection if you are thinking about buying a used vehicle. I brought a used Volvo in to have it checked and was so happy I did! The inspection uncovered issues that would have been otherwise unnoticed by me...saved me from some serious headaches.

As a woman, I sometimes feel uncomfortable dealing with auto places by myself. Michelle helped me understand the problem - I’d feel comfortable trusting her with my business.

I went in there with broken wheel studs. When I got there I asked Kevin for a price he quoted me $325. They did the work and while in there found out the wheels were egged which was fine I agreed new ones for $300. Well when I received that bill he had jacked it up to $889 he charged me $186 for 8 lug nuts. They really price gouge here STAY Away

Fantastic service and communication. So much better than working with the Volvo dealer. Though they are over an hour drive from our house, it is worth the extra distance to get superb service.

Have had several older Volvos. They run really well, with the assistance of the folks at Euro Care Plus. People are shocked when they learn that our current Volvos are 13 and 16 years old. The service is great and extremely prompt. All areas are kept clean and inviting. The Service Advisor, Kevin, is great to work with. He keeps us informed with anything that we need to know about our cars (what needs to be fixed right away and what to keep our eyes on). Wouldnt want to take our cars anywhere else.

Weve been bringing an older Volvo to Gary Rondeaus for a few years now after getting a referral from some friends who spoke highly of the place. The folks at Garys actually listen to not only my description of the symptoms weve noted in the car, but walk me through the possibilities and the options beforehand to make sure Im comfortable with the plan. They let me make the decision as to what needs to be done based on the analysis. Ive never felt pressured, never felt like they replaced something I didnt need, and Ive felt like I was made to feel like a partner in the effort to get the car back to where I wanted it to be. Ive had Gary more than once let me know that a certain procedure did not need to be done now but would likely need to be done in x number of months. All the mechanics Ive dealt with come across the same way Gary does: competent, friendly, and invested in getting the car back on the road in a way that meets my needs. Garys daughter Melissa runs the office and is a joy to deal with in the phone and in person. As I picked up my car with 281K miles on it tonight after they did some work, I reflected that in comparison with other places, I feel like Im treated like someone they know rather than a number...and that, along with a working car, makes a big difference.

Gary and his staff have affectionately become the Volvo Whisperers. They listen to you and to how you want to use your car and then listen to the car to determine what is needed to make sure that it can do it. They are a great group of folks and I always trust them with my Volvo.

This is a well-run operation: friendly, knowledgeable staff who do what they promise. I am a pedantic twit and am hard to please, but I like this shop and return in the future.

I can honestly say Gary Rondeau is one of the best Volvo mechanics there is, definitely the best Ive ever been to. Never again will I get my service done anywhere else. Youd be making a huge mistake getting your Volvo serviced somewhere else. His shop is about 40 minutes from my house but Id go to him even if I lived two hours away.Heres a breakdown of my experience. I really only spoke with Gary himself but he speaks very highly of his staff and I certainly believe him.Anyways, I was having some transmission troubles that I couldnt deal with on my own so a friend of mine recommended I call Gary so I did. I couldnt be happier.I called Gary maybe 15 minutes before his shop closed on the Thursday before memorial day weekend and explained to him my problem and even though he told me he was completely booked until the following Friday he would try his best to get to my car ASAP if I was able to drop it off at his shop. Knowing that hes one of the most knowledgeable Volvo guys around I decided to drop it off even though I expected to get the car back on Friday the earliest. Really I had assumed Id have it back by Monday but Ive heard such good things I decided it was worth the wait.But then to my surprise I got a call from Gary the next day and he said he took a quick look at my car and found that there was a lot of movement in the engine bay and I needed a new upper torque mount. He then said hed have to get the car up on a lift to inspect the transmission itself.So then I went up to his shop on Tuesday (they were closed on Monday due to the holiday) to meet with Gary and grab something I forgot in my car. I casually asked if he thought he would be able to get it up on a lift before Friday and he re-assured me that he would try his best. I was hoping he would be able to but I wasnt expecting it, I didnt want to get my hopes up.But then again, I got a call on Wednesday saying that he got it up on the lift and found that the lower torque mount also needed to be replaced and that he had already replaced both the upper/lower torque mount. He took it for a test drive and said all the problems I described were gone. I went up to his shop later that day and picked up the car and paid (very, very reasonable pricing) and almost a month later the issues are completely gone.The car was returned to me in the same way I left it. I cant remember for sure but I think the seat was even moved back into the position that I left it. Either way, it was very clean and out in-front of the shop when I showed up.I was going to write this review right after I got my car back but I kept putting it off but then I got a call today from Gary where he asked how the car was doing and if I had any questions. Him taking the time himself to call and check up on the car itself made me feel like I really should take a few minutes of my time to write a review that he really does reserve.All in all hes a stand-up guy that runs his business in the way that all business should be run. Its clear that he has a real passion for Volvos too, he isnt just some mechanic. Dont take my word for it, next time you need any work done give him a call. You wont be disappointed!

Kerry and Kevin provided excellent service. Both are extremely knowledgeable. Service was completed 15 minutes before the quoted time and an a quote for the work was provided before the work was started. I had my transmission fluid flushed on my 2009 Volvo XC70 T6. It has a Lifetime Transmission that the dealer wont flush. With 162K on it, the transmission was starting to act up. After the flush, its performing like new. Gary Rondeaus is now EuroCarePlus and owned by John. John followed up the next day to make sure everything was performed to my satisfaction. The first time I had ever experienced a follow-up. I will definitely bring our two Volvos to EuroCarePlus for service. They know what theyre doing and provide excellent service.
