My car broke down less than half a mile from the shop. I had it towed and within minutes of it arriving, the owner Dave, came out and looked it over. He correctly diagnosed the problem as a faulty alternator and had it fixed for me in a very timely manner. Not only were the prices fair, but the customer service was outstanding. Dave was extremely friendly and polite, as was the other technician I interacted with. Picking a mechanic when you break down far away from home is never easy, but I definitely made the right choice! I highly recommend Karstoks Automotive to anyone in the area!

Dave and staff are great! They know what they are doing and dont over charge. Always bring our cars here first and then if its something they arent able to do, the recommendations have been just as good!!

I run a transportation company, and Dave has reasonable rates, very professional, friendly, and super fast turn around time. He stands by his work and always exceeds my expectations. With 9 vehicles, thats high volume and Dave and his team go the extra mile. One time one of my vehicles was covered in snow when I came to pick it up. They started cleaning off the car for me, which was NOT expected as it was all iced over. That truly impressed me and I will never go anywhere else.
