I find the staff always courteous and helpful in spite of what some of these people say in their reviews. I picked up an order today the colors were wrong, I dont have time to go back-and-forth, but I know that theyre doing everything they can to accommodate their customers.. No invoice, a totally different total deducted from my bank statement than what I was told ...It happens, Im sure it wasnt deliberate...Ill get over it...Thanks Cosmo Orof for always doing your best!

I love the employees in this store, they have been nothing but kind and willing to go out of their way to help. I have been going to this store for over 10 years. I especially love the new location. I have not been treated personally by the manager that everyone speaks of. But maybe she or he just needs to be replacedThank you for all that you do.

I was in shopping with my 6 year old who needed the restroom, the sales associate informed her there wasn’t a restroom. Then a woman came in and asked to use restroom and was granted permission. I’m not sure why anyone would be so cruel as to not allow a child to use a restroom, but this older associate was rude and I nearly walked out, if I hadn’t driven an hour to shop there I would have left with nothing.

Came to this location with a class of 11 cosmetology students. The manager seemed very irritated that we were there. Although the store is small and they were scattered throughout the aisles, the students were quiet and respectful. The manager was rude to both myself and several students and proceeded to trash talk our school to other customers, who also happen to be customers of the school, once we left. We take our students on field trips to this location often so that they can familiarize with new products and tools and make their purchases. Needless to say, that wont be happening anymore.

I’ve been coming to this location for a couple years now. The selection has always been pretty good and stocked. The one problem about this store that has rubbed me the wrong way EVERY visit is the manager. Her off putting/Can’t be bothered attitude paired with her smileless expression has been consistent EVERY VISIT. Today after calling and asking if they carried a new color from a MAJOR color line, I was quickly told that if it was new they probably didn’t have it yet. No one went to check or do anything to confirm that they didn’t carry it and within 60seconds the call ended. I still went to look for other products at this location and right as I was walking up to check out, what I had called about was sitting right on a End Cap. I made sure to inform them nicely about said product in detail that they didn’t know they carried or felt like bothering to check if so. I will say that although nothing is ever said that is specifically rude, her overall presence is lacking any care or want to help is evident. The other surrounding cosmoprof stores managers and staff will go out of there way to greet you genuinely and most of the time by your first name. Hopefully her attitude and demeanor can be addressed along with a better understanding of new and existing retail and a more inviting customer experience can be had by all. I will not be back to this store unless it’s absolutely my last option.

Absolutely useless staff! I’ve been coming to this cosmoprof for years and every single time, the staff never greets me or is of any help. God forbid you ask if they have a product from the line they’re currently unpacking from boxes they’ll just tell you “no we don’t have it” without even attempting to look! Couldn’t even be bothered to help me in any way! Such laziness! I’d rather drive to another cosmoprof then shop here. I can’t believe anyone even shops here at all with what they call “customer service”. Such a shame a company is being represented by this type of service from their employees. I’m all set with the rudeness and laziness. Good luck!

DO NOT GO HERE. the manager is one of the rudest people ive ever dealt with. I asked her a simple question and she responded by laughing in my face. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. I put down all my product and walked straight out the door.

Not for general public.. licensed cosmetologist, barbers, nail techs
