One of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had! Jon Peterson is such a patient guy. He had no problem showing anyone in the store 10 beds if they asked. When I had to rush out for a family emergency & told him Ill be back, he was so very nice and polite. Greets you in and on your way out holds the door. He doesnt follow you around. He lets you look at what you choose. Never once did I feel pressured to buy anything! He will try his hardest to get you the best deal on anything even when its not on sale 🤭 The only negative thing I can say about him is that hes TOO nice! I pray that no one ever tries to take advantage of his niceness! The store is always up to par. So very neat and clean. He really makes it such a welcoming environment and shopping experience! Every time we have been in the sales associates have been very kind and very helpful. I’ve been impressed by that. I’ve received conflicting information from one store to the other, from one sales associate to another, which is mildly concerning.We purchased the Purple mattress and have not enjoyed it at all. When I returned to the store to have it returned and to purchase the Beauty Rest, the sales associate did not give me ounce of difficulty. Granted, I was purchasing a more expensive mattress, but he was like that before he even knew what I was going in to purchase. The exchange process was extremely easy and only took me about 15-20 mins. Easy in and out and my new mattress will arrive in a couple of day.We’ll see how the Beauty Rest works out. But so far, I’ve been happy with them.

Purchased a Nectar Mattress. They matched the nectar online deal, offered free delivery (set up was more) offered several competitive pricing on additional pillows and sheets I bought. I have had my mattress for a while now and I only got it because Casper had just come out and would deliver and pick up in case I didn’t like it in 100 days for free. After 5 years, I just wanted and upgrade and had been overwhelmed by searching online. I decided to go in a store and Jon was absolutely amazing! He knew exactly what to show me based on my incredibly limited knowledge of mattresses. He had me go through a process that I wouldn’t have thought useful, but I learned a lot about what’s important to look for specifically for me and my needs. Jon is an absolute scam artist. He told us we were getting the best deal and there was no lower price. Come to find out there was a sale the past few months for 200 dollars less on the mattress and we were never told about it. Horrible human.

Preparing for a move, I was in desperate need for a brand new bed. I had done a cursory search through Google and was initially drawn to Mattress Firm because of some promising sale deals; I wanted to get an idea for the mattresses before committing to any particular mattress so I visited a nearby store.I was slightly disappointed that the mattresses/frames were online stock only but figured I could still glean some useful knowledge by looking around the store/asking questions. My service rep, Tina, was super accommodating and helpful regarding my inquiries. I’d originally convinced myself that I would just order through the website the intended bed but after a lot of advice and testing, couldn’t be happier to have been talked into a mattress I felt WAY more confident getting than taking a haphazard chance on an online mattress with wavering reviews.It’s probably easy to say that I had been up-sold on my mattress but as I see it, my sales rep sold me ease of mind and confidence that I was getting a mattress I wouldn’t be disappointed with down the road. I went into the experience with preconceived ideas of what I wanted but, thankfully, the rep prevented me from settling for a far inferior product. Looking back, I was going to drop hundreds on a bed and frame I was hoping on a wing and prayer would be good when at the end of the day, for nearly the same costs, I now know definitively I love the products.

I was looking for a specific mattress.I walked in and they actually had the mattress, the associate was extremely helpful and honest. The mattress was in my truck and headed home within about 10 minutes and under budget. Couldn’t ask for more.

The staff was very informative about the many product choices available. The best options were pointed out, based on my preferences. Once I narrowed down my options they immediately checked the availability and scheduled the delivery as soon as they possible could. With coronavirus having such an impact on the supply chain, I luckily found a mattress that was in stock.

Dont deal with Jon. He promises a lot and under delivers. The will say whatever he thinks you want to hear in order to make a sale. When you call him out of something he denies it all and back tracks himself. This guy is a snake.

I went to the Mattress Firm in Hooksett because they had the specific type of mattress that I was interested in purchasing. Jon was an excellent sales associate. He was welcoming and knowledgeable about the product.. He had a relaxed sales approach . He explained well all aspects of the sales.transaction. I would recommend that the store have a mandatory mask policy. I am a retired nurse and feel this is important. I am excited to sleep on this new mattress. I would recommend this store to future customers.

Dont go to Jon. He did nothing to help us and in fact charged us $300 more for a mattress we found after we had ordered our mattress from him. Jon claimed he could get a mattress to us with a snap of a finger which was a lie, it was over a week before delivery. Jon also said that he would throw in haul away for us for free since he couldnt discount any of the mattresses. That was also a lie, Jon signed us up for the basic curbside drop off which didnt include haul away. Jon also continued to claim how he supports the military and what they do however he couldnt off a military discount to us even though the mattress firms website stated different. Jon wasnt helpful and the only reason we ordered a mattress from him was because he led us to believe he was offering us deals in delivery, haul away and a free base adjuster(included in the sale). I guess Jon wasnt expecting is to do a little research. We found the mattress not only cheaper on Mattress firms own website but also cheaper on purples website. And when Jon said he couldnt offer a military discount, purple had no trouble offering a military discount for our purchase with free delivery which was significantly faster than Jons promised service.I specifically cancelled my order on a day when Jon wasnt there because I didnt want to deal with him because of his lies and naughty business practices. The next day after cancelling Jon had the audacity to call me wondering why I cancelled. After explaining things to me he never offered any counter offer to keep my business. Ill never use this mattress firm again and highly recommend you stay away. Jon is full of lies. Watch his fast talking.

My fiancé and I went on a whim on finding a quality mattress today. The place we were going to go was closing shortly, so we decided to check out Mattress Firm in Hooksett and were SO GLAD we did! The manager Jon has 40+ years of working in the mattress industry. He was so knowledgeable, kind and hilarious of a guy! No pressure what so ever. We bought the Tempur-pedic luxebreeze and it will be delivered to us in just 3 short days. Free delivery and free of charge of taking our old mattress. Needless to say, we walked out of there feeling like we gained a friend and we cant wait to get our new bed. Next time were in the area, well be stopping by with a coffee for Jon. 5 stars across the board and highly recommend!

Good selection of quality mattresses, uncomfortable sales experience.I was impressed with the selection with different options and features to choose from. We were greeted by Drew at the door, who quickly jumped to the gimmicky sales tactics and unnecessary frills. I was just as quick to be upfront about our wants, our desired price range, and that we did not want to finance. He completely ignored our price range and insisted we try the $3,700 mattress while trying to convince us that financing was a good option. We tried to look past the used-car salesman persona and worked our way to testing the mattresses in our price range. Drew was knowledgeable about the products but talked so fast and used so much technical mattress jargon that I could not follow him as I was trying to learn about the products. Very overwhelming. After we concluded we didnt find what we were looking for, we then felt pressured to stay and re-look at others weve tested. Im sure this was Drews Hail Mary at trying to secure a sale, but I politely asked for his card and stated we would think about it. He refused to give us his card and offered to draw up a nice offer on the mattress we liked the most (but shared with him that it wasnt the one). I couldnt handle this type of pressure anymore so we ultimately left. I wish I had a better sales experience at Mattress Firm.

What an outstanding experience I had at this new Mattress Firm location. Frank has been serving (many repeat) customers as Sleepys here but that brand name was recently purchased my Mattress Firm. As the largest National mattress retailer, Mattress Firm is able to offer better prices, a wider selection, and incredible personalized service from experience. Frank chose the best bed for me on the 1st try, but patiently tried me on several others, as well as answering a lot of questions about adjustable bases. He then scoured the entire State for a discontinued or floor model of same at a significant discount. Thank you Frank!!

This was my first experience at any mattress store, had always used furniture stores for mattress purchases in the past. I was greeted immediately, explained what I needed and was quickly given several options available. There was no attempt to upsell, the gentleman (manager) was personable and pleasant. I selected a mattress and a delivery date based on my schedule, a very positive experience.
