Upon a recommendation, I first contacted then engaged Superior Interiors to complete the installation of upholstery in my 91 year-old antique auto; specifically employing them for the fabrication and installation of the carpeting. Leading up to its start and during that jobs progression to completion, my interactions with the company were nothing but positive. Before the initiation of the work, Judy was courteous, co-operative, informatively responsive to my questions, and understanding of weather causing a brief delay in the transporting of the car to their facility. Working from reference photos and rough patterns, Randy was able to create excellent results. When todays binding equipment would not permit the intricate and precise stitching that was required in some areas, his knowledge base acquired over his years in the business allowed him to employ a technique that produced masterfully finished carpeting comparable to that when the car was new. To say that Im thrilled with the results is an understatement.

Excellent service all around. Very responsive, friendly and accommodating from the initial call, all the way through until I drove away from service provided. They went the extra mile to hunt down the product needed during this time of supply chain shortage. The pricing was also very fair and reasonable. I look forward to using Superior Interiors again when I have need for the products and services they offer.

I was referred here and showed up for a quote. When I arrived, the mechanic quickly looked and estimated a price and time and gave a detailed description of what needed to be done. Then he said there was an opening and I could have my car worked on right then. I said sure and he started working on my car right away. While waiting the staff was very friendly and polite. While fixing my car, he showed me different colors for the upholstery they could use so the perfect color was picked. When finished the estimated price and timing was spot on.

Great to go to a place that knows what they are doing. Work on my 66 is something not everyone can do. First sign of a good business is on Aug 6, earliest appointment is Sept 23 says it all

This place was great. I had a bad experience with my car. They however made it better than expected. They are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about what they do. If i could give them 7 stars i would. They exceeded my expectations.

I was told to give Superior Interiors a call from Banks Chevrolet regarding installing a pair of side steps for a pickup I recently purchased. When calling and getting the help I needed it was a wonderful place to due business with. The staff work hard in making things work to please their clients.After their shop professionally installed the side steps, I was very happy with their work. Now, Ive ordered a tow hitch package from them for installation. As it stands, Ill be going back to them for more parts and gadgets to have installed.

I brought two boat cushions to be fixed on a Friday afternoon to be fixed. I received a call the following Monday that the cushions were done. Extremely fast service and great quality of work. Highly recommend them for upholstery repair and truck customization items!

You can go elsewhere and pay less or even pay more but you won’t get the level of service and professional work you get from Superior Interiors. I’ve had multiple opportunities to work with these folks and I’ve never been let down. They restitched a soft top for my Bronco. They rebuilt the top on my father’s award winning ‘65 convertible Mustang. Most recently they recovered a couple of bar stools for the Raymond American Legion at a fantastic price. Whether you just want it done or you want it done right, you won’t go wrong here.

I was put in a bind by a car dealer when their stock products didnt fit the truck. Just not only knew which products would fit off the top of her head, she knew what made each worth the money to make an informed decision. They came through and installed a high quality cover in under 24 hours.

I broke 2 hinge clips on my XTang truck bed cover. I called them and was told to swing by. Within minutes they replaced them and sent me on my way. All covered under warranty because they are a preferred dealer for XTang. Wonderful service! I highly recommend them!

Judy at Superior Interiors was AMAZING!! My sunroof hasnt worked in almost a year. Ive asked numerous people for help and nobody was able or willing to assist me...until today!! I called to schedule an appointment to get my sunroof fixed. She asked me if Ive tried resetting it. I am not savvy when it comes to anything automotive. She took the time to walk me through the steps. She was very patient and super friendly. I was still very skeptical but trusted her and walked through the steps with her. It took me a few times...but IT WORKS!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! That just saved me so much time and money!! As a single mother with 2 jobs and 2 children that in itself is priceless!!! Bought a new truck and they set me up with tonneau cover, mud flaps, rain guards, etc, installed at barely a little more then cost I could have paid online myself. I brought along raised letters and they put on free. Perfect job! Quick. Saved a big hassle. Very knowledgable. These guys will take care of all your truck needs.

My mother actually just picked her 2009 Jeep Liberty up this afternoon at Superior Interiors. The sky slider roof had blown open and would not stay closed, a common problem with these roofs. After seeing three jeep dealers and a few repair shops, she was told the only solution would be to replace the roof for a mere $5200, more than the value of the jeep. She brought it to Superior Interiors and they offered her the option of seeing if it could be repaired or closing it permanently. She opted to have it closed permanently because horror stories about this roof told of many instances where the owners who did repair or replace ended up eventually having the same problem due to a poor design. Superior Interiors not only permanently closed this roof, but did it for half the estimated price. Have to say, this is definitely an honest business. The job was done to my mothers satisfaction and they were honest with her. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I have a 93 Corvette convertible. I had a new top installed and the seats redone in black leather with white stitching and a white 40th anniversary logo. The folks at Superior Interiors went out of their way to get me exactly what I wanted. The quality of labor was absolutely superb! I turned the car in on a Wednesday and I had it back on Thursday! I will go back to them again and I highly recommend them to everyone. These folks are good!

This place sits a top a steep hill. Parking is limited.Nolan is very helpful yet there was a woman employee working the store part. I found her to be quite friendly to people on the phone then talk trash about them when she put them on hold or finished her call. She complained about most everything using the F bomb freely with customers present.I was NOT impressed. I will NOT be returning after my order is completed.

Dont really know how this company works, but I do know that the driving skills of the person I just encountered are awful. Tip of the day, dont go brake checking people, instigating road rage, then yelling out your window calling other drivers names while your company name is plasteredon your truck. Real professional! Smh!

The stitching on my drivers seat came undone. My husband took the leather off of the seat and brought it here and he was told it would be 1-2 weeks before they could restitch it and that would cost $225.00.I called a place in Salem who said they could stitch it right away and only charged me $28.00. And it came out perfect!So, in other words, Superior Interiors was trying to rip me off really bad.What I am saying....Check around before coming to this place.
