Normally happy with this pharmacy but 30 minutes behind for drive through testing with an appointment is absurd and frankly unacceptable, Now I’m late for my next appointment! If you don’t do them without appointment I don’t understand what the problem is
I used to love this pharmacy, but yesterday for the THIRD time I was sent home without my scripts.I am not sure where the disconnect is with their current team, but this is now the third time I have received contact from someone saying my script is ready and then when I arrive it is not.I am then told my only two options are, to wait upwards to an hour for them to prepare my script or that I need to come back another day.This is unacceptable and at no time have they tried to rectify any of these three situations or do anything to make it right after the fact. It is very disappointing because they used to be so good. Time to move on I suppose.
When the online pharmacy site works, 4 stars. However, when there are issues the pharmacy does not answer the phone.
This place has got to be the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. If it wasn’t for my insurance telling me they are the only “preferred” pharmacy in our area I certainly would use another. I can’t really criticize the workers behind the counter though. For the most part they are pretty nice and helpful. I think it’s more a matter of being way under staffed.
I just moved to the area, switched pharmacies and this CVS is by far the most friendly, professional and efficient. Theres a young student there and she keeps that pharmacy together and running smoothly

Pharmacy staff A+. CVS pharmacy is under staffed theyre doing the job of 2 people a piece!!! This is something that stresses customers! Corporate greed as usual!!

Scott who works in the pharmacy is absolutely amazing! I lost insurance and my script was 450$ At Walmart. I tried using good rx and Walmart was very rude about it and told me the lowest they would take it down was 300$. I panicked and immediately called a few different pharmacy’s. I talked to Scott over the phone and he was so extremely helpful I stopped right in. He took a good 20 minuets helping me with the good rx coupon and I was actually able to afford my script. I cannot say enough good things about him. I haven’t filled anything at cvs in years but I will definitely take all my scripts here. He went above and beyond to help me get my medication. I will be contacting corporate to tell them how helpful he was. A+++ thank you Scott!!

Very horrible customer service. Both the pharmacy and the front register associates. I’ve never had such rude and unprofessional experiences then I have had in this store multiple times.
Slow, Rude takes over 5 hours to get one script filled. This is unbelievable. Cant even ask questions when you call them on the phone they cut you off. I wouldnt go here if you dont have to that is for sure. Still waiting for a call back for my medicine to be done.
