Place order on May 9th, never received order, tell by customer service that there was a problem with the address and it couldnt be delivered. Bed bath and beyond refuse to give me a refund because the mistake was my. The My Pillow guy is not the reason for their sales being down,it because of the way that they do business.

Gotta do the Beyond + to get the best prices and have a great selection of all things home. Love clearance shopping to get a super deal!

Stock seems to be dwindling but they plobanly have what you need.

This was my first time shopping with Bed Bath and Beyond. I planned to buy an espresso machine for a Christmas gift. The store said they had the product available in stock, so I went ahead and made the purchase... 2 hours later, I get an email letting me know my order is canceled. The store processed my refund but the refund takes 3 to 5 business days, which makes it until after Christmas to receive my funds back into my account. Now I am out over 700 dollars and I have no money to purchase a gift. This is completely inconvenient and I will never spend my money with Bed Bath and Beyond ever again.

The lady at the front cashier counter she could have been a little bit more nicer meaning she could brush up on her customer service skills a little bit better on how to talk to customers. STEP YOUR GREETING GAME UP

By far the worse Bed Bath &Beyond I have ever been in. First off the ladies at the return desk was talking about another employee there instead taking care of customers. Then the lady that took our return was very rude. Failed to hand me a pen just dropped it on the counter and then after the transaction I had to ask did she need my card and she wasn’t nice when she told me where my money would go. Just very unprofessional and much customer courtesy here. I have always been a fan of Bed Bath & Beyond but I will never return to this location.

Bed Bath and beyond truly sells so many things other than Bed and Bath. Check it out when you want a variety of everything. Well managed store with helpful employees. Just got a great pillow and a few other items from here.

Ive always loved shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond, particularly since I bought a house. I love cooking and they always seem to have whatever tool or utensil I needed. I used to always arrive with a handful of their coupons, and the cashiers would always help me make sure I was getting the best deal.More recently I started building a wedding registry at Bed Bath and Beyond with my fiance. Melissa and her staff in the registry department have been routinely patient and helpful during our many registry-related visits, and their expertise is making us confident that our registry will be perfect for us.

If you need something for your home this is the place to go. They have everything, including the 20% off coupons. the employees are friendly and very knowledgeable and willing to help you with whatever you need to find. Great place for yourself or for a wedding gift.

Sales person walked me through every pillow and explained the differences in each. She took her time to make sure I got the correct feel. Front end associate was helpful as well, making sure I didnt go searching around on my own without help.

The embarrassment and frustration I felt at my visit at Bed Bath and Beyond today was a situation I do not typically find myself in. I had received a broken item for my birthday and I took said item back to have them replace it with a new (unbroken) item. I had my receipt so the initial transaction was no problem nor was the customer service. Fast forward about two weeks I received a call from someone at the store stating my item couldnt be replaced and my order had been cancelled that I needed to come in and receive my refund. Upon going in to the Hoover store today I was greeted by a cashier who insinuated I was attempting to defraud the store by asking for a refund when there was no item to refund (I tried explaining the situation to no avail) and when the manager came over it seemed he had an equally difficult time in understanding what had happened to my item and why the order had been cancelled. Neither employee asked to see the email confirmation or the receipt I had for both the original transaction as well as the replacement order and because I said that it was a gift that meant I was only eligible to receive store credit (I wanted to use the money spent to buy the item that matches the other 2 things I received from them that werent broken and indeed in tact) However by the time I could leave the store I was humiliated by the amount of times it was insinuated I was trying to do something inappropriate and I have the gift card that was given as refund for their mistake. I dont intend to shop in this store again and have written to Bed Bath and Beyond corporate in regards to the treatment I experienced in the store as well as to the frustration of the mass confusion in regards to a situation that I had no control over from start to finish.

Its a great place to get what ever you want like I needed to get some tongs for my grill they have a great selection

Tried to return a couple of things to this store and they had a problem with it??? The reason why we chose this BBB for wedding registry was because of previous experience with ease of returns. It may not be all locations but as for Hoover location and the manager Joc (surprised hes management), they need some work. Now, on the plus side, Elijah had a great attitude and was a great help. Seemed like he wanted his job. Not sure Ill ever step foot in Hoover store again.

I like the layout and stock of these stores. I like to browse and get ideas of gifts and useful items. A great range of brands and items, in different budget ranges.

Large store, however the product I was looking for I couldnt find. And I had to ask the store manager to find it. Eventually we were able to find it. But it took longer then expected since some of the staff didnt know where the product was on the shelf.

Very bad customer service hard to find help and no one at the cashiers desk for about 10 minutes.

Is this place ever not a nightmare?The isles are so cluttered and narrow you cant even fit your shopping cart through by the displays.Why do you only have one cashier during Christmas? The flipping checkout line goes halfway around the store!

I love the Hoover store! I am SO glad we chose this store to set our registry up. We had a couple of problems with products from our registry several months after they were given to us. The manager of the store replaced our items, no questions asked!

You can easily get lost in your own thoughts about what you are trying to find there.

Waited for over 30 min just to return two items from our gift registry and was told over and over the only person in the store who could do it was busy. He was sitting in the back talking to two other people the entire time and could not excuse himself to help the countless other people waiting. Terrible customer service. Was told to come back another day during the week.

Bed Bath and beyond is a great place for household needs - linnens, bathmats, kitchen items and cookware. Prices are fair, the store is well stocked, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Worst service ever. Store refused to accept its own unexpired coupon. Manager unresponsive and obviously cares nothing about customer service. Will not be going back to Bed Bath & Beyond any more. 1 star only because you have to give one star in order to post a review.

The customer service rep at the customer service counter was extremely rude. She claimed that because I didn’t have a receipt, there was nothing that could be done, and that “that’s been our policy for over a year and a half!”. Horrible experience went to purchase and item several of the same item an the shelf with a price a labeled went to the register it rang up different the cashier was nice about the situation but definitely not the manager she was nasty about the situation the whole display of the item I wanted to purchase was all labeled incorrectly she did not want to sell me the item as labeled she took all the wrong labels off of the display and walked away I asked her if the item will be honored with the price as labeled she said no and walked away yelled over to the cashier and said she is not getting the item void it out extremely poor customer service very rude manager

Lot of product packed into a small area so it can be hard to get your hands on what you are looking for. Pathways are also narrow, be ready to turn sideways to get past other shoppers. I never see the same staff person twice, seems like they have a high turnover. There are some gems and values to be had here but you have to dig. On the plus side, you probably have a handful of coupons shoved in a drawer somewhere and they will take them even if they are expired.
