Drove 15 minutes to the Galleria just to go to Rack Room 1.5 hours before their listed closing time and walked up to two young employees locking up. I wasted a ton of time and drove in a flash flood because I needed some shoes for an event tomorrow and they’re one of the few shoe stores nearby. Please make sure your store operating times are correct so you can prevent this from happening to other people.

Clean store. Well organized. Clearance section located in the back. Only problem was it took the cashier time to acknowledge me standing at the counter although I was that only one there. Otherwise, she was friendly enough.

They have plenty of shoes. We found something for all three kids. This was Easter weekend, holy cow, the check out line was 20 deep and took 20 minutes. But everyone was nice and we will be back.

Torn on how I feel about this store, it was very clean and organized and the sales associates were friendly but not once were we asked if we needed assistance. Also we asked for sizes in 5 pairs of shoes and they didnt have them. I looked for sizes in more shoes than I can remember and they were extremely limited.

Their buy one get one half off sale is great, theyve got a pretty good selection in a wide variety of styles and brands but I wouldnt expect to see anything remotely exotic or unusual (not that its a bad thing, I mean it IS supposed to cater to families and normal people like me) but their prices are really good. The best part would have to be the staff, very informative, they seem to know what theyre talking about, and are some of the kindest and most helpful clerks Ive had the pleasure of doing business with.

They have a lot of sneakers / tennis shoes / althetic wear. But mostly for men. I liked the store and its atmosphere. They have clearance racks too. Most of the womens shoes were plastic heels. The womens athletic wear (like Nike) were half the selection of the mens... So I did not purchase anything for myself.

We were able to find tut he boys shoes tut hat they liked. I even saw some.

Bought these Vans hightop and another pair for my grandson and my daughter bought 2 pairs also.
