Jada at Hoover is so helpful and patient. I went in to upgrade my phone. She took the time to sit down with both myself and my husband to help us find the best phones for us. She is knowledgeable about the products. She talked about all the exciting products AT&T offers. She explained everything, including in any upcoming charges after upgrading and the current promotions. Everything was very transparent, which feel great! I feel like anyone would in good hands with Jada. She’s amazing and really cares about helping customers.

Sales personnel helpful, knowledgeable about merchandise and plans best suited for customers. Polite. Good people person maintain safety and social distance, hand sanitizer was available. Did not have the merchandise in store none of the AT&T stores were have to wait several days or up to a month for your purchases. This is the worsts inconvenience however the sales personnel has nothing to do with supply and demand. I feel you should not have to purchase an items and wait for the merchandise

I opened my att account at alabaster store. I came in hoover store while in the area and Tyler who is actually the new assistant of alabaster but helping at hoover today was so helpful in helping us find a happy medium to keep us with att and keep us happy. So I went in with intentions of closing out my account and wound up leaving with a extra line and phone and direct TV. So Im satisfied that we were able to reach our new agreement and this time he sent me a email so I would have it on record.

My husband was having trouble with his email accounts on his iPhone. Both email accounts quit loading! After trying everything imaginable, I took his iPhone to the closest AT&T store in Birmingham, Alabama. This is where I met the AT&T associate, Rodney. In a matter of minutes, Rodney was able to fix the problem we had struggled with for months! He was so kind and gracious, and HE FIXED MY HUBBY’S PHONE! Many thanks to Rodney!!!!!

The staff at this location is jot impressive or knowledgeable about what they are selling. I only considered ATT because of my past experiences with them and the complex I moved to uses them for internet and TV services. If I dont have to go into this location and deal with the staff, I certainly wont be. I will be going to a different location to upgrade my ATT phone, thats for sure.

My business partner went to inquire on a business line for our newly started business. He was told one thing. Once he talked things over with me, he went online to make the purchase and to get the lines started. The order continued to say in progress, yet the phones were supposed to be shipped overnight. The next day, he went to the store and the phone order was canceled. By us being partners and our names both being on the paperwork, there was an issue. I came to the store and did what I needed to and told all they needed to see was my face and my id. Everything that was promised as far as rates and discounts were not correct. Everytime the representative was countered with a question, he never had an answer. He may have needed more training. We were told our monthly bill would be $303.00. Today we reviewed a bill stating our first month bill would be $865.00 and after that $565.00. Needles to say, all the representative wanted was a sale and did not care about the questions or concerns of the customer. I called customer service to inquire on the bill because it was such a large price difference and he apologized as they get calls like this all of the time due to the sales agents willfully neglecting to disclose everything upfront to the customer and only caring about sales. The phones were returned and the account has been canceled. Buyer beware.

I went to the Hoover location to get a new phone for my son’s 10th birthday. There was a promotion on the iPhone 11 so I decided to go with that. I was then informed that they only had a pastel purple and green color in stock, which I knew my son would not be happy with. Mike and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure I walked away with a phone my son would love. He was ecstatic! Thank you again for all your help!

My recent experience with AT&T resulted in the salesman trying to scam me. I went in AT&T in Hoover Al to buy an Iphone12 and the salesman told me it came with a second line and gave me a list of numbers to choose from, which I did. When we went over all charges that would be on the phone he never mentioned the second line having a cost. I did not need or desire a second line, but he said it just came with the phone. When I got home I went on line to just check my current usage and saw that my new purchase of iPhone12 was already on my account and showed the second line on a Samsung phone for 70.00 a month . I sent the salesman a text to ask why that was on my account. He called me and said it was just a typo. And I would need to come to the store 2 days later when he would be back at work so he could go into my account and correct it. The next morning I checked my account so I could print a copy of the charge page. The Samsung phone had been changed to an Iphone12 and the 70.00 charge was now associated with it. The credit for iphone8 I traded in was added to the second line. I went to the store that day and talked to the assistant manger who agreed to remove the second line and transfer the credit for trade in to my real number. I am not sure what this scam is all about, but it was definitely intentional as I have learned that a second number is not offered as a free service. He is not a new employee. I told the assistant manager that I knew it was intentional, she said she would handle with him when he returns to work. If I had not checked my account, I would not have known I was being charged an extra 70.00 until I received a bill the next month. There was no apology from her. Buyers beware if you shop at this Hoover Al store.

The hoover location,so when I walked in the store,these two sales representatives saw when I first walked in the door.(both) of them looked at me and ignored me.i stood there for about 15 whole minutes. They werent doing nothing,then both of them finally came over and asked me (did anyone help me).I said no, yall saw me when I walked in, I been standing here for about 15 minutes, ((very poor customer service)) 😏😏

Came into the AT&T store and was immediately greeted by Ladarius. I was using an iPhone 6s and decided that it was time for an upgrade. Ladarius gladly set me up with an iPhone 12 mini which was comparable in size to my iPhone 6s. Thoroughly pleased with the service.

An AT&T salesman came over to my house this morning. He knew I would be home because I had scheduled a visit by an AT&T technician this morning. I guess the service department fed him the lead. He did not tell me he was a salesman though. Just let on that he was making sure my service appointment went well. Very deceptive practice by this company. and he was not happy when I would not switch.
We Worked with Eric at the Hoover ATT store. First off, he’s super sweet and knowledgeable on our initial visit. Then we got our first bill which was MUCH higher than we expected. I came to see Eric again and he straightened everything out! Amazing job!

After a terrible experience at the McCalla store we drove to the Hoover store. We were blown away at the difference of care and support between the two stores. Tre (manager), Aaron (asst mgr) and Rodney at the Hoover store took care of us with knowledge and respect. All 3 were extremely kind and were willing to do whatever it took to fix the mess caused by our experience in McCalla. Thankful for their help and service. Excellent examples of what customer support is supposed to be.
Wasnt pleased,They didnt have a battery for my patients phone.He is 97 had the same flip phone for years.He doesnt know how to work any other phone. Thy only thing they dont for me Is sliced my problem by telling me to go get a prepaid flip phone call customer service and tell them the deal.Put the old sim card In new phone and bam there it is.HE STILL CANT WORK NEW FLIP PHONE.Just wish AT&T can get me a Battery for his old flip phone since its the only one he knows how to work.
