They have a huge selection of products.. I found everything on my list here and the sales associate who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Hi, I recently stopped by here to grab some copy paper and when I walked in I was asked if I needed help; which was nice but as soon as I said yes I need some copy paper the female just pointed and gave me a dirty look. Which was unnecessary. I said I’m sorry I just walked in and I’m not familiar with where things are, I said I’m sorry It was a hassle for you to help me. which wasn’t very professional either. Along with the dirty look and her just looking me up and down was an unpleasant experienceHowever I would like to say when I went to check out the other female present was very nice. She even stopped what she was doing and walked around the counter to ring me up very promptly and even apologized about not seeing me standing there.
They never have half of the supplies I need when I come in. Plus it’s honestly insulting how bad the employees attitudes are. I shouldn’t be able to call someone rude after a 15 second transaction but that’s the case in this store.
Dont go here if you want a paper receipt; it shouldnt even be an option. Couldnt get one, two clerks tried and they said they got locked out. They couldnt even see how much I spent. They gave me a number to call and said it could take up to 24-48 hrs to show in the system. Call back and then the receipt could be emailed. Theres nothing wrong with an email receipt, but I needed paper at that time for a business need. I expected more from Office Depot. That is an issue that needs to be fixed a.s.p. I am very displeased. Too bad Staples went out of business

Good selection of products. The store was clean and very well organized. The employees were very helpful and friendly. They had exactly what i was looking for and it was on sale which was even better. I would recommend this location to anyone shopping for office supplies, office furniture, computers, computer related goods, basically anything that has to do with an office. Thank you Office Depot.
Unable to get any help locating what I needed.
I ordered a desk, it arrived badly damaged 14 days ago. Many parts are broken. I have been trying to get it returned and the reps keep trying to send the wrong parts. I asked for the whole thing to be returned and refunded and I was told it couldn’t be done. I guess I’m stuck with this $800 pile of broken parts
Love this store. I had to return a printer because it wasnt compatible with my laptop. The associates were nice, friendly, and efficient. Great experience.
Did not recall the associates name but, it was a young black male and white male that extended exceptional customer service. And, Renee was pleasant and extremely helpful. Thank you Office Depot for making my shopping experience delightful.

Stood in line under the Order and Pick Up sign for 15 minutes while available employees were standing around .When it was my turn the guy behind the counter got an attitude and said all that section does is print. Whats the point in ordering online for convenience and get to the store and walk to the pick up section just to be rudely told to go to the main register? This is why people go with Amazon, brick and mortar stores dont know what customer service is anymore. Id give 0 stars if I could .
I have shopped in this store for the last 6.5 years. They are always helpful, friendly and they take the time to walk me to find an item in the store. If they are out of stock or carried online only, they offer to walk me to a computer and order and ship to me next day.
Most of the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Due to the fact that I live close to the store Im there frequently. Recently I was looking at laptops and had some questions. There were 2 young employees having a conversation 10 feet away. One of them glanced my way several times and made eye contact yet carried on with his conversation. Finally I walked over, stood there while their conversation continued, and interrupted them to ask for help. The young man that ended up helping by answering questions I had made it feel like it was a bother to him. Little did he know I was prepared to make a purchase. That did not happen. Because of his condescending attitude and lack of desire to help a customer the store lost a sale. Having said that, the more mature employees bend over backwards to help and they are the reason I continue to shop there.
Not bad but nothing great. All office stores these days seem to be hanging on by a thread. The internet and Amazon have had a visible impact. That said, if you need office supplies and cant wait, this is the place to go.
I bought printer cartridges today. The young man who checked me out didnt remove the anti-theft box. I realized it when I got home. My daughter had to make another trip to the store to have it removed. Not one word of apology for her inconvenience. We could have destroyed the box with a hammer and saved the time and gas.
This is your typical office supply store. Theyve always been able to supply whatever Ive needed. Prices are competitive, staff is friendly and helpful.

I love Kay in the copy center and all the other employees are always very friendly. Now they dont always try to help but if you hunt them down they are always very polite.
This store has terrible customer service. The manager doesnt care enough to follow up about complaints. There are several other stores that offer the same services and merchandise nearby and I will be visiting them from now on instead of office max.
Just left this place trying to get some business documents printed. The guy behind the counter was extremely rude and when he asked how many and when I needed it by he laughed and said I should just go to the other location. Extremely disrespectful, maybe they should higher someone with a little bit more business experience who can be a little more professional. I personally will not be returning to this location.
VERY disappointed in the Office Depot brand ink cartridges. Twice now that I have had to contact customer service. The most recent experience, I was told to return the store. The store agent asked for my receipt, I asked if they could look it up through my history with my Office Depot rewards card. He said he could not. Poor customer service, even when they say 100% quality guarantee! I will not but the Office Depot brand ink cartridges again.

Terrible... I stopped in at the Office Depot across from the Galleria to get 35 images printed onto paper from a thumb drive their copier would only do one image at a time it took me about seven minutes just to get one image printed??So I went and stood in the line for the girl behind the printing counter to print them out from the thumbs Drive. I could not believe it when she said I dont have time to help you??How long does it take to print out 24 images Maybe 2 minutes but she didnt have time to help me?So I dont think I will be spending any more money at Office Depot

Poor customer service waited in lane for 15 mins. just to get a print out with one customer in front of me. Cashier lady with the glasses helps a customer behind me and tells me she dont know about that department. So why are you over here helping customers?The guy in the department never acknowledged me. Long story short never got what I came in for.

Every OD I have been to can make prints of 1940-1970 “Fillie” girls that my wif e paint. THIS one refused!! And the manager was quite smug about. The whole staff was rude. NEVER BE BACK.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Waited 25 minutes to have simple copies made. Never going back.
I called the store to see if they had an item in stock. The gentleman told me they had a large quantity. When I arrived the same gentleman helped me look, but we couldnt find it. The manager then tells me they stopped carrying the item last year. All I got was sorry after a 20 minute drive.

Bought a laptop from here and purchased the expensive 2 year warranty. The laptop died (the ram died) and I brought it into the store to get it fixed with the warranty. They told us the warranty was with Lenovo. It wasnt. We called office max and tried to get it fixed a second time, they said the warranty was through a 3rd party we needed to contact. We contacted them and they said they couldnt find the warranty. I called office max for a THIRD TIME and the guy said he cant do anything unless I bring it in. But I brought it in the first time and they did nothing. Do not buy anything needing a warranty from here if you dont want to spend over a month trying to get the warranty service you already paid for.

Horrible place- really do not have their act together- us mail service that they offer is non existent- they always give you the excuse they have a skeleton crew- everytime- finally got someone to come and help me only to find out that all addresses had to be put in manually by me- come on guys there is not a mail service provider on this planet that requires that- maybe you should not even offer that service- also worker in store telling me the customer how unprofessional the store employees are- wow not a good thing
