This is such a great company! You can tell they care about their customers a lot and provide high quality products. They spend time with you to educate you and suggest the best option for your specific needs. Would highly recommend. Carlos is fantastic!

I would highly recommend staying away from this business. I chose them because the sales rep, Carlos, repeatedly assured me about the quality of work and how they take pride in their installations. Unfortunately, the installation process turned out to be a nightmare. Not one tarp or drop cloth was used during installation (I had to buy my own after the first day) and minor property damaged took place. They did come back to fix and patch up the damage, but did little to nothing to remedy the countless mistakes. There are many angles that do not meet correctly and there are also countless gaps in the caulking. Not one supervisor signs off or inspects the work after they claim completion and they blame the structure for the crooked angles (when the previous windows sat straight for 50 plus years) and careless work. I have included two photos of their questionable work and have many more that Google will not allow to be posted. Save your money and sanity and look elsewhere for your home solutions.

Recently we had a window makeover on our home. You never realize how important windows are or what a large impact they make on how your home looks and feels until you do something like this. We love them! The entire experience was excellent from the first day they came in to do a consult for us. Their guys were amazing. When they got done for the day you never even knew they were here - they cleaned up the area entirely. They made this a wonderful experience! Thank you so much!

I chose C & D to do a full window replacement. I went with the company based on their review on google. I did not have a good experience, particularly with the quality of craftsmanship. If youre flipping a home or having them do some work on your rental property, theyll do. But if you are having them do work in the home you love, pick another company.8/31I understand about the wasps, but that should be a reason not to begin the job, not an excuse as to why it has not been completed promptly. The wasps were there when you chose to take the windows out of my home. But timely completion was not an element of this review. This review is about quality, full stop. As you can see from the pictures, this is not a quality job. Ive repeatedly asked Carlos, Steve, and Deanna for a new subcontractor or a C&D employee to finish the job, but no one from your company has been out here to address the work quality or inspect the work done by you subcontractor. The trim work done to date is far from a quality job.

Awesome experience! They are extremely knowledgeable, punctual, courteous and did fantastic work at a fair price. Also, they did a fabulous job communicating throughout the process. I definitely will recommend them to family and friends and they will be the only people I call for windows or doors.

After contacting C&D we were sent Obed Perez who had knowledge of his job and was beyond professional. Our job only consisted of a basement window that had recently been covered up for some odd reason. Obed worked hard with us to get our single window job right where we would like it financially. Unfortunately I did not get the installers name but he showed up and finished our window replacement in less than 2hrs. The job he did was phenomenal! I highly recommend C&D for any home improvement needs you have, especially windows!

Cannot recommend this company enough! We have Pella windows, we received quotes from a couple of places and this company came in at the best rate for the SAME windows! We absolutely loved our installers and Carlos our salesman literally answered questions for us day AND night! We will ONLY use C&D Home Solutions from here on out! Dont waste your time calling around these guys (including the super friendly receptionist- Deanna) are the BEST! Thank you C&D! We are so happy with our investment : )

Very sloppy work of poor quality and will not return requests about concerns. Sunroom now has a buckling floor and smells musty from water seepage. Caulking job was very poor on exterior. Certain workers had a nasty attitude with my family. I would avoid this company and look elsewhere to a company that FIXES THEIR MISTAKES.

Got my double doors replaced with a single door and my husband and I love it. I think the awesome guy said his name was Johnny and his daughter Emmie did a great job, no trace they were even here except my beautiful new entrance and thanks Carlos for all your help

C&D Home Solutions was amazing to work with. They showed up to the first appointment with great attitudes and a variety of knowledge. After speaking with them they gave us great recommendations on what we could do to our home. We laid our budget range out for them and they worked to make sure we got not only the most for our money but the best. We ended up replacing all of our windows, our back door, all of our siding, fascia, and sofet. They let us know about all appointments and were always on time. I recommend that anyone needing work on their home use this company, if I ever need anything done again the will be my first call!

I choose C&D b/c of the reviews I saw on Google and Angies list. They were very professional from beginning to end. We had a custom exterior door replaced and they did a very good job. From Carlos the sales rep all the way to Andy the door installer, everyone I worked with along the way was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. They would call 1-2 days prior to the scheduled appointment time to confirm and they always arrived on time. The door installer Andy and his assistant did the job and cleaned up afterwards - it was a very smooth installation. I would use them again!!

We had all the windows on our first floor replaced. I was surprised how quickly they got the job done. It took three days to complete everything. The new windows look great, and we are very happy with them. The installers were very professional, and there was no mess. I would definitely recommend them.

C&D has been awesome to work with - everyone is so nice and courteous. We are very pleased with the windows we got installed. We went with the M1 windows, which are a less expensive option. They have some features that will take getting used to, but they look amazing and I am SO happy with how they turned out. Would highly recommend C&D if you are looking for comparable prices to other companies, but know that you will get better quality if you go with these guys!

We cant say enough good things about C&D Home Solutions and Carlos who walked us through the entire project. Their prices were very competitive with our local handyman but for a project of this magnitude and complexity (replacing 3 exterior doors, 2 sets of French doors and an entry door) we chose to go with door experts. Carlos was great to work with throughout the project. He was constantly in touch with us to keep us updated on progress and was always available for our many questions. C&D is the second company we met with to quote our project and we had a great feeling about Carlos and C&D from the first day we met with him to discuss options. We were so impressed with C&D and their quote that we didnt even go through with meeting with a 3rd company as we had originally planned. Our project ended up having lots of complications due to some old door hardware that we had (and wanted to keep) and this made us very glad wed gone with an expert. And despite these complications Carlos and C&D truly bent over backwards and went the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied. They really stick to the adage that the customer is always right. The installers were also great and worked quickly. They were very friendly with our 3 year old son who was quick to instruct them on next steps in their project :-) We would love to do business with them again in the future (although we wont need to, at least for these three doors, because they have a lifetime warranty!)

Great company. Very responsive to requests for initial quote and then several changes to the quote. Bottom line you call/text/email you get responses! It ended up being a couple months before I hired them and they were equally responsive then. When time to do the work, they showed up on time every time. Their employees were clean cut and dressed appropriately for the job. Each employee was courteous, well spoken, and took the time to explain what they were going to do and answered questions I had throughout the project. When they left, the area was as clean as it was when they started. I did not find a single cigarette but on my property. By far one of the best experiences I’ve had with work done on my home in 25 years of home ownership. I have plans to do a similar project in a couple years and will be calling C & D Home Solutions again.

We had a new door installed yesterday. The gentlemen who did the installation were professional, and efficient. They did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves! We are overall very impressed and would absolutely recommend them.

We hired C&D Home Solutions for renovations on the (old) home we just bought. We met with countless other companies before deciding on C&D. Our first meeting was with Carlos for a window quote. Not only did C&D have the best products, but Carlos also had amazing and unique ideas for our windows (all of which, we implemented). While discussing window options, Carlos mentioned that C&D also does construction ... well, we were planning to build a new screened porch and deck. Our followup meeting was with Carlos and Ociel, co-owner of C&D. Ociel is intelligent, insightful, creative and trustworthy. Upon doing our due diligence, we felt completely confident in hiring C&D for everything. They have not let us down. First step, we replaced all windows and doors. The workmanship and attention to detail is second to none (James is the BEST and is always welcome in our home). I never thought I would say a window was beautiful ... but our windows are GORGEOUS. We ordered the largest picture windows available, allowing us to fully enjoy our fabulous back yard and lake. We also replaced the windows off the family room with an oversized, panoramic sliding glass door that fully opens to the new screened porch and deck that C&D is currently building. The porch/deck is in mid-construction, and we are thrilled with the progress. Again, the workmanship has been top-notch, and the materials being used are of the highest quality. C&D might be priced slightly higher than some other companies, but it is seriously worth every penny knowing that its being done right! We plan to continue using C&D for our future renovations. Next step, totally renovating the interior! 😊

They measured the door for a commercial business & when it was installed, the door width was 3/4 wider than the door frame. Then they left a gap between the doors and bottom of the door. (No kind of weatherstriping or doorsweep was included & they are suppose to be door professionals) & then we needed a special doorknob put on by request of the Fire Marshall & they did not know how to install it properly, so I had to hire another company to come & fix their mess. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!! They were not professionals & they did not know what they were doing!!!!

My experience dealing with C & D Home Solutions was absolutely wonderful. Carlos was very helpful and professional he made sure my window issue was handled. He kept me aware of what was going on with my window until the job was complete. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future if I need windows replaced.

The Covered deck they built for us is amazing. We were given an architectural drawing ahead of time so there were no structural surprises. However, I was expecting 5/4” deck boards set with nails. They used 2” boards that were screwed in.They also used more 6x6s than they had to. I could put a hot tub on this deck if I wanted to. Their plumbers, electricians, and carpenters all took great pride in their work. They also replaced all our windows and gutters quickly and professionally. We will definitely be calling Ociel next year to start on remodeling our Home’s interior.Picture Update: The last picture shows the house that we purchased and the others outline the transformation. The huge picture window in the kitchen replaced the four double-hung windows that were showing their age. They also replaced two double hung windows with a picture window next to it. They knocked out the back door and the three double hung windows next to it and replaced it with a sliding wall of glass. The exterior painting was done by another company and C&D coordinated their efforts perfectly. The electricians perfectly met our needs for an outdoor ice maker, cooler, and motorized projector screen. Ociel even anchored my projector arm for me. The gutters were also installed quickly and perfectly. We only had a couple of small hiccups along the way and they were more concerned about them than we were. These guys will be doing our interior next.

I chose to work with Carlos Yacoub and C&D after getting half a dozen estimates. I added C&D to my quotes based on recommendations here (Google). I chose C&D based on their selection, value and promise of quality installation. I wasn’t looking for cheap replacements (though they can probably accommodate that as well), my main concerns were quality windows and quality installation. We replaced all of the windows on the front of the house as well as a few others. It was a BIG job with many different sizes, shapes and configurations. Deciding on which windows and features to choose took a while and Carlos was patient and helpful. Installation was not rushed and was through. Carlos, Ociel and team were helpful and responsive throughout the process and the final product is impressive. Beautiful windows and great job. Thanks guys! Oh yeah, we will be seeking their help to replace our front door/entrance way.
