Great place to spend time with family and enjoy your ice cream 🍦 and cookies. Would visit again. Great customer service and staff.

This place is definitely a must try! The employees were very welcoming as we entered and offered to let us try any of the ice cream flavors. My husband and I both went for the cookie sandwich option, and we very satisfied! I chose the double chocolate chip and red velvet chocolate chip cookies with espresso ice cream. He went for the sugar and snickerdoodle cookies with chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and fruity pebble topping. The ice cream was perfectly creamy and the cookies warm and yummy! We’ll certainly be back again for a treat!

You come in the front and you place you order. You first pick a cookie then the icecream and finally a topping for the sides. They also floats, milkshakes cones. The cookies selection also have doughnuts and waffles as a choice. The staff did a good job explaining the choices.

Quality of cookies and ice cream both were outstanding. Was fair for the portion size, service was great, and had tons of options/combinations to choose from.

This smoosh cookies was okay. the person who served us our cookie sandwich was nice, but every time i tried to eat this my cookie on top of the cookie sandwich just sunk in the ice cream and fell to the edge, so i just ate that. the birthday cake flavor i wanted was not that great, but i will give you three stars since the person who served us was very nice. maybe if i go back ill try a new flavor.

The ice cream is DELICIOUS however the customer service from the 2 female workers is lacking. I went twice this week (2/24 & 2/27) and neither time was I greeted, asked to sample anything or suggested anything even after expressing that this was my first visit (2/24). They both seemed disinterested and irritated that a customer even had come in since both times they were behind the counter texting. Smoosh has a lot of potential but i will say i was partially dissatisfied due to the poor customer service.

This has been my third time coming in to Smoosh in Hoover and all my experiences has been the same. All the workers seem untrained and unprofessional especially the girls. I felt rushed the whole time I was ordering, and when I was about to order they were making small talk to each to other so had to order when someone else. Every time I do come in the lady the doesn’t wear her uniform always smashes one of our cookie sandwiches, not smoosh SMASHED! Idk if she hates me or her job. Overall the cookies and ice cream are average and overpriced.

Ice cream was good, not the best Ive ever had but good. Over priced for what we got/ (for what you get,) and the menu could be explain a lot better.

I had a brownie sundae. The toppings were very small. It was mostly ice cream. $6.75 for a bowl of ice cream is okay if that’s your thing but not mine. The portions were too small. The Baked Bear definitely has this place beat.

They have great ice cream and even better cookies. The whole thing is even that much more fun because you get to build your own ice cream cookie sandwich.

Everything was good, cookies was fantastic. Nice selection of cookie options as well as ice cream and topping options. Fun little place.

The cookies definitely arent even close to being as good as Cookie Fix (another locally owned cookie store) or even The GACC, but the cookies arent bad, they do keep them warm AND the other places dont have ice cream served with them:)

Super friendly staff and very clean. Ice cream and cookies are very average though. Tasted like generic ice cream from Aldis but cost a lot more.

Took the kids here and the staff was very friendly and patient and the ice cream was really good and wasnt expensive. Overall it was a really good experience if I could change anything I would say they needed more seating and maybe some tables outside

My wife teied a single double chocolate cookie w expresso chocolate ice cream, very good. Next time I want to Smoosh chocolate ice cream between peanut butter cookies w chocolate syrup.

We stopped in to try the cookie ice cream sammiches and OMG!! Yep theyre good!! Warm cookies with a varieety of ice creams and toppings.. yummo!!
